Han Xiao escaped Raccoon Cat’s trap, joined the Thirteenth Bureau, and used his inventions and knowledge to win influence while advancing into the Mechanic class. The arc ended with him helping a squad escape Germinal forces as Hila identified him as Zero.
Han Xiao prepared for the player influx and a joint Stardragon-Hesla operation against Germinal, while players began arriving on Planet Aquamarine. The operation reached Dark Crow Valley, where Han Xiao uncovered a deception and began scouting the base alone.
Han Xiao left Stardragon’s control, built his reputation as an assassin, and destroyed the Rose Armed Forces while pursuing the bounty on them. The chase led him to Feronya, where he entered an underground base and encountered a vast monster.
Han Xiao survived River Valley Manor’s attacks, killed Bai Jin, and became a feared assassin while supplying the Six Nations with intelligence that devastated Germinal’s bases. As Galaxy’s open beta began, players arrived on Planet Aquamarine and discovered that Zero had become a major target.
Han Xiao recruited players and fought alongside them in the battles against Germinal, then completed his Second Advancement and returned to teaching players in Green Valley Town. As the Six Nations prepared an expedition against Germinal, Han Xiao intervened when beasts attacked the town and drew their pack onto himself.
Han Xiao expanded his influence among players, navigated a pursuit in Ordifenna, and completed the Viper Kai. The arc left him fighting the Mutant White Lion King at Laopote while Yang Dian and Nid watched from safety.
Han Xiao stole the Louis Institute’s Death Virus research, drew the attention of Red Maple officials and Bennett’s old allies, and turned his growing influence into paid missions for players. As the Six Nations prepared for war and Germinal readied its own plans, Han Xiao strengthened himself and continued recruiting players across the continents.
Han Xiao uncovered Raylen’s plot within Overmela, helped Xiao Jin take power, and then joined Bennett’s campaign to build the Third Sanctuary at the Gray Iron Ruins. The sanctuary drew thousands of players but came under attack by Shadow Predator Vipers, leading Han Xiao to confront their beast king.
Han Xiao infiltrated Germinal headquarters, rescued Aurora and Hila, and escaped with stolen intelligence as Germinal’s war with the Six Nations intensified. His identities as Zero and Black Phantom became public, leaving allies and rivals across Planet Aquamarine reacting to his influence.
Han Xiao escaped Germinal’s ambush with help from the Six Nations, evolved, and helped turn the Sanctuary into a thriving player hub. The arc ended with him launching paid loot boxes and planning to profit further from the players.
Han Xiao turned Germinal’s destruction into new opportunities for the Sanctuary, using dungeon missions, business deals, and the professional league to draw players and resources to his faction. As the league began, Hao Tian and Frenzied Saber advanced through the qualifiers, while the group draw set up a fierce contest for the regular season.
Han Xiao captured Goddoran investigator Kerlodd, recruited top players, and left Planet Aquamarine to seek a way to avert the Mutation Disaster. During the Short Horn Star’s journey, the Boneless Bird scavengers attacked to seize Kerlodd, and Han Xiao and the players repelled them after discovering DarkStar had hired the gang.
Han Xiao established the Black Star Mercenary Group, then brought it to Sunil to fight the Calamity and pursue the Sunil storyline. The Tide ended, but Fagorna led a large faction away, while Melos emerged as a hero and Han Xiao left with his reward.
Han Xiao brought the Black Star Mercenary Group to Floating Dragon Island to rescue captured Silver Spirit People, but Ames forced him into Dragon Calm’s service. While Han Xiao worked on the island, DarkStar rescued the captives by force, and Han Xiao confronted Ashes as the arc ended.
Han Xiao disrupted DarkStar’s operation on Dragon Calm, rescued Aroshia, and secretly obtained the Whispering Bead. DarkStar pursued him and the mercenaries until Ames shattered its mothership, leaving Han Xiao with wider mercenary connections and a new instance on his NPC template.
Han Xiao expanded the Black Star Mercenary Group, uncovered the Mutation Disaster threat, and captured Rezar while building his reputation with players. As the international tournament began, he sold Frenzied Saber an Ability Potion just before the player faced Key of Solomon.
Han Xiao dealt with Sylvia’s revenge, prepared for the players’ yearlong absence, and pursued four Mysterious Statues across the stars. After taking the final statue by force on Mystic Blue Star, he completed Morning Star’s mission and received a talent reward.
Han Xiao resolved the Morning Star possession, rescued the missing researchers, and advanced into a Void Lurker War Mechanic. He then traveled to Noriosse to investigate Ames’s missing teacher, where mercenaries ambushed the group outside a seer’s villa.
Han Xiao became entangled in the struggle over Owenn while DarkStar hunted the defector, and he helped drive off its forces as Aroshia’s past began to resurface. The arc left Owenn escaping toward the Goddoran fleet, Anur dead, and Han Xiao’s group trapped inside Noriosse’s shield as the city demanded compensation.
