A shadow loomed over it. Its entire body was covered in shimmering, magnificent silver scales, making the Silver Dragon appear incredibly graceful in the sunlight. Among dragons, the Silver Dragon was considered one of the most elegant nobles, and for good reason.
The Twin-Headed Silver Dragon dragon flapped its wings, and two tornadoes rose up, intertwining and swarming towards Veronica.
There was no name-giving ceremony in the battle between monsters. Seeing this, Veronica charged forward with her sword. Her longsword, wreathed in flames, cleaved the two tornadoes in two with a horizontal slash. The massive amount of wind elemental energy that erupted, along with the flames, ignited all the surrounding trees.
Against a backdrop of fire and raging wind, Veronica's figure leaped into the sky.
The Twin-Headed Silver Dragon was surprised that its magic hadn't even managed to slow down its opponent.
The dragon's body rose rapidly, Shield of Light shimmered brilliantly, enveloping the Silver Dragon dragon.
Contrary to popular Light Element, the Shield of Light is surprisingly a powerful defensive spell, with defensive capabilities comparable to or even surpassing those of the Earth Guardian Saint Armor of the same level. This spell is a simplified version of the "Guardian" Profound Mysteries within the Light Element Profound Mysteries.
If the Twin-Headed Silver Dragon could comprehend the corresponding "Profound Mysteries of Protection," its defensive power would be sufficient to withstand Veronica. Unfortunately, there are no "ifs."
Before the Silver Dragon could escape Veronica's attack range, it slashed with its sword. The Shield of Light only managed to block one blow before being broken by the flaming sword. Veronica had nowhere to grab its weight and fell to the ground—it seems that this defense is at the Saint-level- level.
However, Veronica was certainly not unprepared to challenge the flying Silver Dragon.
A javelin was taken from the Interspatial Ring, and with a twist of the waist, the javelin shot through the air with Power of Destruction, piercing a large hole in one of the Silver Dragon's wings. The Power of Destruction on it had not yet dissipated and continued to corrode the area around the wound. Even the Silver Dragon's own regenerative ability could not stop the wound from worsening.
The Silver Dragon lost its balance and began to spin, but fortunately, the Twin-Headed Silver Dragon had the wind Elemental Magic of Flight Technique. After circling twice, the surrounding wind elements quickly gathered, and it finally maintained its flight posture in the sky.
However, Veronica's second blow had already arrived.
Just as he leaped up again, the second sword strike, now without the Shield of Light, landed directly between the Twin-Headed Silver Dragon's right wing and right chest.
The Silver Dragon plummeted headfirst to the ground.
The whole process was much simpler than expected; the battle ended before they even saw the dragon's breath. When Jason and the others arrived, Veronica was already standing in front of the Twin-Headed Silver Dragon, Twin-Headed Silver Dragon had lowered its two heads in submission.
Upon seeing this, Jason immediately drew up a monster contract. As for Veronica, although she had studied fire magic, she hadn't reached level seven.
The Twin-Headed Silver Dragon obediently signed Master-Servant Contract with Veronica.
After the battle, the group prepared to have a barbecue around the Twin-Headed Silver Dragon's lair.
"His name is Ivan, he's 133 years old, and he just recently reached level nine. He's not fully an adult yet and hasn't grasped the Profound Mysteries," Veronica introduced the Twin-Headed Silver Dragon.
The Twin-Headed Silver Dragon lay gracefully on the ground, but its blue head tilted slightly, looking at Linda had shrunk to the size of a human and was roasting Bloodthirsty War Boar.
Linda noticed the other person's gaze and smiled.
The Twin-Headed Silver Dragon shuddered and immediately sat up straight.
He didn't realize that there were three other Saint-level nearby during the previous battle.
"Then tomorrow I'll go straight to Chiyan City for a visit, and then return to the Rhine Empire." Jason needs a long period of quiet cultivation. He can sense that he won't face any major hurdles in his understanding of Lightning Element Profound Mysteries until he reaches the Deity-level.

"After this trip, there won't be many more opportunities to come to the Mountain Range of Magical Beasts. Please try your best to resolve any issues that may arise this time," Jason asked Ivan, and of course, also Veronica and Linda.
After all, we all lived here for quite a while back then.
"I have no attachment to this place, and neither does Ivan."
"I walked around this area last time."
Seeing that they had nothing they wanted to do, Jason and his companions decided to leave the next day.
