Three Thousand Lightning Annoyance Wind

Shigaraki Tomura looked toward the source of the sound and frowned slightly. "Kurogiri, go see what's happening."

"Trying to leave?" Shota Aizawa broke through the crowd and lashed his white binding cloth toward Kurogiri. Kurogiri chuckled and vanished without a trace.

"That teleportation Quirk is disgusting." Shota Aizawa spat, turning his attention to Shigaraki Tomura. This guy gave him a sense of danger.

"What's with that sound?" Bakugo Katsuki looked toward the distant sky.

The sounds were coming from the League of Villains, and there were a great many of them. Teacher Aizawa had no wide-area attacks, while Thirteen had to protect the remaining students. Besides, her black hole attack could not possibly make enemies scream so strangely.

That meant the screams had to be the work of one of the students. With that thought, Bakugo Katsuki already knew who it was.

Chiffon!

"Damn it, I can't fall behind either." Bakugo Katsuki suddenly sprang forward and reached for an enemy's face. An explosion rang out, and the enemy's face was charred black.

Chiffon stood on the yellow sand, breathing slightly hard. The move he had just used consumed quite a lot of energy, after all—it was a wide-area attack.

At that moment, nearly all forty people in the desert area were sprawled on the ground. Every one of them had burns of varying severity, and some were already dead.

Although Chiffon was not a Professional Hero and killing people would normally bring punishment, he knew the school would take responsibility for what happened today. There was no need for him to hide his strength any longer.

Chiffon had intended to kill these people from the start. He was not softhearted. These enemies deserved to die. Though he had taken on the role of justice's executioner, at this moment, he was the judge.

A few of the stronger enemies managed to stand. Their eyes were full of fear as they looked at Chiffon. They had never seen a student as strong as him.

He was simply a freak. Even Professional Heroes might not necessarily be stronger than him.

At that moment, Kurogiri appeared out of thin air. When he saw the League of Villains members lying across the ground, his expression changed as he looked toward Chiffon.

"You did this?" Kurogiri asked.

"You don't know what you did yourself? Is there anyone else here?" Chiffon grinned. Kurogiri's teleportation ability was powerful, but he was somewhat lacking in actual combat. Still, Kurogiri could not be underestimated.

Chiffon remembered that Kurogiri could send other people's attacks into another dimension, then make them suddenly appear before the attacker, leaving them no chance to dodge their own attack.

"Very good." Kurogiri laughed in fury. "U.A. High School truly gathers heroes from across the land. If you're allowed to grow, you'll indeed pose a great threat to the League of Villains in the future."

"You think you can get rid of me?" Chiffon asked in return.

"I don't have time to argue with you. It will deal with you." Kurogiri chuckled as his teleportation ability activated, releasing the winged Nomu before he vanished.

"Finally, someone troublesome." Chiffon focused himself. He did not know what this Nomu's traits were—speed, strength, or something else?

Kurogiri was not worried that the Nomu would fail to kill Chiffon. Though this Nomu was not as powerful as that black Nomu, it was still absolutely not something a student could handle.

Chiffon raised a hand and knocked down the few enemies who had stood up, then focused entirely on the Nomu.

The Nomu seemed to receive an order. With a flap of its wings, it shot toward Chiffon with a howl.

"So fast." Chiffon was startled. The Nomu's speed exploded in an instant, swift as lightning.

But didn't he possess lightning-like speed as well? Lightning coiled around his entire body as Chiffon fully activated Thunder God's Arrival again. After evading the Nomu's first attack, he kicked hard off the yellow sand and arrived behind it.

Then he drove a fist into its back. "Air Shockwave!"

With a sharp crack, the surrounding air seemed to be sucked away in an instant. It was as though the Nomu's back had been smashed by a massive hammer, leaving a dent as it flew into the ruins.

Chiffon spread his feet into a horse stance, his right hand raised and his left hand lowered. Facing the ruins where the Nomu was, he suddenly brought his hands together.

"Air Compression, maximum output!"

Boom!

Visible force spread outward, and the ruins were flattened in an instant like a biscuit. Dust and smoke filled the sky as Chiffon gasped for breath. Today, he had finally shown his true strength. It really was exhausting.

Fortunately, Chiffon had the strength of the Qi Cultivation Second Layer, so his stamina had not drained too quickly. Still, there was not much left. The Nomu in the ruins looked somewhat frail. It should not be able to keep fighting, right?

Bang!

Chiffon suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood. He looked in disbelief at the Nomu that had rammed him with its head. This thing still had such immense strength.

The Nomu shot out from the ruins and immediately sent Chiffon flying. Chiffon collapsed onto the yellow sand, his stomach churning violently. He was injured.

The Nomu stood there with vacant eyes, unable to feel pain, watching Chiffon like a machine. It seemed ready to launch another attack at any moment.

"Looks like I still have to use that." Chiffon took a Quirk Supplement from the system inventory and immediately inhaled it. An indescribable warm current flowed through his body. Within only a few breaths, the injuries he had just suffered vanished, and both his Quirks returned to their peak condition.

"Die." Chiffon spoke flatly. After rising to his feet, lightning gathered in his right hand and air in his left. The two forces suddenly merged as he shouted:

"Three Thousand Lightning Annoyance Wind!"

Intense lightning burst from between Chiffon's hands, wrapped in air as it swept toward the Nomu. In an instant, it formed an enormous tornado. Lightning raged within the tornado, making it look like a storm of thunder and lightning.

The Nomu was drawn inside and suffered devastating strikes within the Three Thousand Lightning Annoyance Wind. Its wings were shattered. Once the yellow sand was swept in, Chiffon could no longer see what had happened to the Nomu inside. His strength began to fail again. This move should have been the strongest one he had used so far.

Chiffon knew that even if he deprived the Nomu of air, he could not kill it. The Nomu seemed not to need to breathe. Its bodily structure differed from that of humans; it had been modified until it was like a machine.

When the lightning storm appeared, Kurogiri looked in that direction, and his expression changed. Hadn't he arranged for the Nomu to deal with that brat? How had such a change occurred?

"Kurogiri, what's going on?" Shigaraki Tomura grew somewhat irritated. Why did that area keep causing problems? He had clearly arranged everything.

"I'll go confirm it." Kurogiri was about to leave, but Shigaraki Tomura said, "Forget it. Kill this troublesome teacher first."
