Amortentia
After reviewing the keywords, they still had to go to each carriage to hand out flyers.
William took Hermione with him, leaving Bobocha cat in the carriage to watch the luggage.
Autumn, Cedric, and the twin brothers split into two groups and went to other carriages.
Neville also raised his hand to go with William, and to find his Trevor while they were there.
Neville's toad was hiding in Bobocha's cage, but no matter how much Neville called to it, it wouldn't come out.
William discovered that the toad was very clever; it seemed to enjoy playing hide-and-seek with Neville, constantly teasing him, but in reality, it was operating right under Neville's nose.
William didn't say it either; Neville was a bit shy and withdrawn, so it would be good for him to go out more.
William and his two companions went to the back of the train to promote their message. When they opened the first carriage, they found two Hufflepuff boys kissing inside.
"Oh, sorry to bother you, please continue..." William decisively closed the car door.
Hermione couldn't see clearly what was happening inside; she was still curiously craning her neck, seemingly trying to see what was going on through the curtain on the door.
William tapped her on the head with his wand and led her toward the next carriage.
This carriage was much more normal. A few upperclassmen from Gryffindor had somehow gotten hold of a shelf, and they were drinking beer and eating barbecue.
William gave them a thumbs-up, as if exchanging a secret signal, and said "Alright!" before closing the door again.
The third carriage was filled with a group of girls, all from Slytherin House.
This time I finally met a normal person.
William stepped into the carriage, flashing a professional, fake smile. "Our Akali's Mystery Shop is now open. These are our current products. If you're interested, you can send me an order."
William handed Qiu the little GG he designed, and several girls excitedly gathered around, chattering and laughing non-stop.
However, they mostly pointed and whispered about William, seemingly more interested in him.
Hermione and Neville stood there like idiots, clearly having never handed out flyers before.
"Are you short of money, Stark?" one of the blonde girls laughed.
The girl tossed her hair, intentionally or unintentionally revealing the hair clip in her hair that was studded with a row of diamonds.
It's certainly not as big as Lucius Malfoy's diamond ring, but for someone his age to wear such jewelry suggests he comes from a wealthy family.
"My name is Margery Selwyn. If you'd like to go on a date with me, I can..." She blinked and then flashed the gold bracelet on her wrist.
The meaning couldn't be clearer.
"Well, I'm not short of money," William said helplessly. "Making these little gadgets is purely a hobby; it helps increase my magical proficiency."
William's words were partly true; his family was indeed well-off. His parents were a dentist and a university professor, respectively, belonging to the United Kingdom middle class. They were far from the point where they felt like saying, "Auntie, I don't want to work hard anymore."
But William himself is quite short of money.
During the time loop, he had almost completely taught himself all the major subjects, including Defence Against Dark Magic Potions.
He now focuses his main energy on the research of high-end Potions, the introductory Alchemy course given to him by Nicolas Flamel, and occasionally takes time to learn French with the young lady.
Aside from the last thing being quite paper-intensive, the first two things are quite expensive.
Especially in the brewing of high-end Potions, many precious Potions ingredients can cost hundreds or even thousands of Galleon.
William didn't have Snape's medicine hut to freely consume, and he didn't want to ask his family for money, so he needed to earn it himself, which was why he wanted to open Akali's Mystery Shop.
Margery was somewhat disappointed by William's answer.
"We accept all kinds of high-grade Potions..." Another black-haired girl looked at William and asked, "Can you make Amortentia?"
William paused for a moment, clearly not expecting the other party to want such Potions, then smiled and said, "Of course."
"Hey, Stark, I remember you're only in second grade, right?" The dark-haired girl's eyes lit up with interest. "You really know how to make that?"
"Being the youngest Order of Merlin speaks for itself, miss," William said, maintaining his smile. "But the Amortentia is quite expensive, you know."
"I'm not short of money!"
"I want one too." The desire in Margery's eyes grew stronger.
"Do you need one too?" William waved his wand, and a quill floated in mid-air, automatically recording the order on a parchment scroll.
"Miss, you're so beautiful. I think most students at Hogwarts would be unable to resist your charm, but..." William smiled charmingly, "Our service is based on the customer's needs."
The girl laughed dreamily.
Soon, thanks to William's exceptional eloquence, several big deals were finalized.
After doing the math, if he completes everything, his income will be over a thousand Galleon... As expected, Potions are still the most profitable; these thirsty rich women!
The three turned and left the carriage.
Walking down the street, Hermione asked in a low voice, "What is Amortentia?"
"Oh, the Amortentia is a Potions, the most effective and powerful Love Potion in the magical world, characterized by its mother-of-pearl luster and spiraling vapor," William replied.
Can Amortentia really bring love?
"Of course not, don't be silly, Hermione," William replied. "After taking this Potions, you'll fall in love with someone due to its effects, but it's fake; you can't gain true love."
"Then why did you make them for them...?" Hermione asked, bewildered.
Hermione, do you think Cedric is short of money?
"It seems like we don't need any."
"If he does nothing and lives a quiet, ordinary life as a wizard, then after graduation he can find a good job at the Ministry of Magic, and he will naturally not lack money."
However, if he wants to become a wand master, he will be short of money. He needs to buy all kinds of materials to conduct research, and this process may result in a lot of material waste.
This is a huge expense.
So now he needs to make and sell fake magic wand toys to maintain his income.
My desire to study Potions and learn Alchemy was the same as my desire to make prank toys.
What about autumn?
"Qiu... she's a friend of some of us, so she wanted to come and help."
Hermione was silent for a moment, then suddenly looked up and asked, "William, do you really like Potions Alchemy?"
William thought for a moment, then a wide smile spread across his face, "I don't just like these things... I'm obsessed with everything related to magic!"
His obsession was much like Mr. Weasley's obsession with Muggle objects.
William gazed at the scenery receding behind the train for a long time, as if talking to himself. "If you live in a place without magic for twenty years and never expect magic to exist..."
But one day, you suddenly left that place, and then another day, you met an owl who gave you a letter from Hogwarts...
I believe you will also fall madly in love with magic and thank that guy—whoever it is, whether it's a god, Merlin, a wizard, or something else—for giving you an acceptance letter.
Unlike some people who can only wait in vain for the owl that will never appear.
Hermione stared blankly at William. For a moment, she felt that they were looking up at the same sky, but looking at different places.
Hermione clutched at the collar of her shirt, and after a long, long silence, she finally smiled at William, revealing shallow dimples on her cheeks.
"... I love magic, just like you..."
Neville huddled in the corner, wanting to say he liked it too, but it was clear no one wanted to listen to him at that moment.
"How can I help you?" Hermione asked.
"Just focus on your studies for now. You're so smart, you'll definitely be a help to me in the future." William reached out, wanting to give her a gentle pat on the head, touching her fluffy hair.
Hermione dodged and ran quickly forward. After a couple of steps, she turned around, her bright eyes Winky in the sunlight.
"However, I still insist that you shouldn't have made those Amortentia for those girls!"
William smiled helplessly and said nonchalantly, "It's fine, as long as it's not for me to use!"
"Hmph, maybe!"
(Second update, goodnight, see you tomorrow.)
