Halloween Attack
Halloween is just around the corner.
Pumpkins were hanging everywhere in the castle, and the corridors were filled with the sweet and tempting aroma of roasted pumpkin.
Everyone is looking forward to the Halloween Eve dinner, which will be just as lavish as the back-to-school banquet.
In this atmosphere, everyone is restless and unable to concentrate on the lesson.
To increase everyone's interest, in the Transfiguration class, Professor McGonagall taught everyone how to turn objects into moving pumpkins.
Although it was difficult, everyone had a lot of fun.
However, William skipped the afternoon's History of Magic.
Professor Binns' lectures were incredibly boring, especially since today was the last day before the Amortentia was finished.
Lately, William has been brewing Potions at the Room of Requirement, and he has even given up his nighttime outings, which are far removed from his mundane pleasures.
He's really busy right now.
William had so much to study that he focused his main efforts on advanced spells, Potions -making, basic Alchemy, and Study of Ancient Runes.
I also have to set aside time three times a week to participate in Ravenclaw Quidditch training, and on Friday nights I have to go to Professor McGonagall to practice Animagus.
Animagus is an extremely complex form of magic, involving a strict and intricate series of steps.
For example, the initial preparations:
For a full month, one must keep a single Mandrake leaf in one's mouth. The leaf must not be swallowed or removed from the mouth at any time; if the leaf leaves the mouth, the entire process must begin again.
However, please note... this preparation should be done after you have practiced magic extensively.
It's like the preparations for the college entrance exam. You need to have a physical exam and register, but that doesn't mean that if you do all of these things, you'll get into a certain university.
Before that, you need to undergo many years of training.
The same applies to Animagus; you must practice Transfiguration constantly in private, and the part of the body Transfiguration is your own body.
Professor McGonagall would be watching to prevent William from turning his hands into chicken claws that he couldn't revert back to.
It was already evening, and William was still busy at the Room of Requirement.
The Room of Requirement has undergone a major transformation.
Torches were lit in the room, and a row of wooden bookshelves lined the wall, displaying thick, sheepskin-bound books with spines such as "Potions Making," "The Book of Potions," and "The Five Poisons Heart Sutra"...
These books were all provided by the Room of Requirement.
William's initial request was for a room where he could brew Potions, and that's how these things came about.
As William brewed more and more Potions, the number of cauldrons in the room gradually increased.
The only regret is that he can't increase the amount of raw materials; otherwise, William wouldn't bother brewing Potions at all, he could just resell the raw materials.
After using it for a long time, William had become quite familiar with the Room of Requirement.
This room is completely at your disposal.
For example, "I don't want anyone but William Stark to be able to come in"—if you make that request, the Room of Requirement will create such a room!
William can safely leave the brewed Potions here without any problems.
Sometimes he even wants to stay here, because the room will transform into a luxurious king-size bed according to his request.
Wow... This deluxe double room with its own bathroom is on a completely different level from the five-person dormitory room!
At this point, after William stirred the mixture seven times counterclockwise, the room was filled with a peculiar smell.
The Potions also transformed into a pearly luster, continuously producing spiraling upward steam.
Amortentia complete!
After William cooled the Potions, he carefully packed it into several bottles. These were all customer orders that would be delivered later.
After finishing his work, William prepared to go to dinner.
The banquet has probably only just begun.
William strode outside; the road was deserted and eerily quiet. He looked out the window; the moon and stars were few and far between.
When William reached the fifth floor, he suddenly heard a series of hurried footsteps coming from downstairs.
Everyone should be at the dinner party by now... William stood at the top of the stairs, holding a map in his hand.
He saw Professor Quirrell's name appear near the Restricted Section on the fourth floor.
William was taken aback. Why would Professor Quirrell be here at this hour?
But soon, Professor Quirrell's position began to shift; he ran towards a corner.
Professor Snape's name appeared near the Restricted Section.
Both professors are behaving strangely; could there be a problem with the level?
William thought about it and decided to go around from the other side.
Being discovered for not attending the dinner party was a minor issue, but the fact that she still smelled of Amortentia on her was something Snape would never miss.
William turned and went down the other side of the stairs, quickly reaching the first floor.
"It's done!" A crisp cheer suddenly rang out, clearly the voice of the young wizard.
William glanced sideways. What were these students doing all the time, never attending the banquets?
He walked down one side of the corridor and saw Harry and Ron cheering.
The two high-fived and punched each other, as if they had done something extraordinary.
William wore a strange expression.
Knowing the layout of Hogwarts, he knew that was the girls' restroom.
On Halloween Eve, the Boy Who Lived and his best friend Ron skipped the party and instead blocked the entrance to the girls' restroom, shouting... "It's a success?!"
Most importantly, their faces were flushed with excitement, and they were dancing and gesturing wildly, extremely happy.
Hello, 110?! There are two perverts here, please arrest them immediately!
"Ahem, excuse me for interrupting," William asked, "Were you peeping into the women's restroom?"
Harry and Ron were startled to hear someone speaking suddenly, and they turned around to see William.
William continued sternly, "Of course, you have the right to remain silent; otherwise, every word you utter will be used against you as evidence."
Harry's face turned pale. You can drink Potions however you want, but you can't say whatever you want.
Who's spying on the women's restroom?!
He quickly denied it three times. "I didn't... I'm not... Don't talk nonsense..."
But before Harry could finish speaking, a shrill, terrified voice came from the bathroom.
William's smile vanished, and he rushed forward, a wand appearing in his hand.
Harry and Ron also suddenly ran towards the toilet.
Harry's hands trembled as he clumsily turned the key. They'd locked the Troll inside, and who knew Hermione was inside too!
Hurry up and open it!
William impatiently pushed the two aside and pointed his wand directly at the door.
"Diffindo!"
In an instant, not only the door, but also half of the wall collapsed under the immense magical power.
Harry and Ron exchanged a shocked glance. Was this some kind of wild move?
William ignored the two men and strode inside amidst the rising dust.
