"William, I heard you got hit by Hermione?"

During the first Potions Class, while Snape was preparing Potions ingredients with his back turned, Cho tilted her head and asked in a low voice.

Although her voice was soft, the little snakes and eagles around her all perked up their ears, like radar, trying to hear the gossip.

This is a magical passive that automatically stacks up without requiring any training.

"That's not true!" William firmly denied. "Don't believe those stupid rumors; someone is deliberately trying to smear me..."

"But Moaning Myrtle is spreading the word everywhere that Hermione attacked you outside her bathroom and even cast a curse on you," Cho said gleefully.

"Fighting training doesn't count as an attack... fighting training!... Can what happened between Hermione and me be considered an attack?"

Then came a string of incomprehensible terms, such as "time manager" and "time travel laws," which left Qiu feeling bewildered yet impressed.

After a moment of confusion, Qiu excitedly pressed on, "But I also heard Cedric say that this morning in the Great Hall, Hermione questioned you about who 'that girl' was... So, who exactly is that girl?"

"Cedric!" William gritted his teeth.

He promised he saw and heard nothing, but then he turned around and told Qiu... This guy with thick eyebrows and big eyes, he's betrayed the Revolutions too?!

William began muttering about "bad choice of friends."

Qiu continued chattering, fully displaying her gossipy nature, with an attitude of not giving up until she got what she wanted.

Soon, their conversation, centered around the two of them, quickly spread to every corner of the classroom.

The classroom immediately buzzed with excitement.

"Stark admitted it, he's a jerk."

"... Hasn't this already been a widely accepted fact?"

"No, it was just a rumor before, after all, the France are used to lying, but now it's confirmed..."

William sighed speechlessly, because Hermione's two actions had completely ruined his public image.

Once it was intentional,

It was unintentional, though!

They're professional scammers.

Just then, two large hands suddenly descended, swift and precise, pressing William and Qiu's heads down hard, almost slamming them onto the table.

"Quiet!" Snape said coldly from behind the two of them.

Professor Snape didn't need to quiet everyone at all; he was like an iceberg, simply standing there was enough to automatically silence everyone.

The entire class fell silent; all their small movements stopped, as if they had frozen in time.

William and Qiu also lowered their heads and remained silent.

"We all know that Mr. Shidake has a rich romantic history and is popular with both men and women..." Snape began to spew his "venom."

"This morning I heard an interesting rumor that he was attacked by our ' The Chosen One of Paris - Miss Know-It-All '."

Tsk tsk... Look how many people you've hurt without even realizing it!

William: "..."

"If you want to pursue Miss Cho Zhang, I suggest you do it outside of class. Don't let me catch you two whispering and gossiping again!" Snape said coldly.

Ravenclaw, deduct 10 points!

William and Cho exchanged a glance, sensing that Snape strangely.

Before summer vacation, William was still negotiating with Professor Snape, and the two sides had an important talk about the division of the Acromantula.

You could say they're currently in their honeymoon period.

Why has Professor Snape's temper suddenly become so bad again?

Why is he so angry? Who provoked him?

Was it because Dumbledore and William talked late into the night last night, and then Dumbledore sent him away?

This guy... he's practically the king of vinegar in England!

William had no time to think. Snape strode to the podium, looked sternly at everyone, and said:

"Put away your textbooks. Today we're going to brew something new— Potions that's not in the textbooks!"

He waved his wand, and a new series of production steps appeared on the blackboard. The steps were so numerous and detailed that they were something an ordinary wizard should never encounter.

William recognized it immediately— Wolfsbane Potion!

"This isn't something we can make, is it?" William's roommate, Marcus, questioned in a low voice.

Even many Potions Master couldn't...

"Mr. Marcus," Snape said, his tone deathly calm.

"This is Potions invented by your uncle. If you had half his talent, you'd know that the Potions process is very simple!"

"But Professor, this isn't on the exam syllabus. We'll be taking the OWLs exam in fifth grade," Judy Crouch said urgently.

"There are still two years, or 730 days and 17,520 hours, until OWLs!"

Thanks to my consistently high standards, your foundation is the most solid among all subjects.

Even if I don't study this year, I'm confident I can get a passing grade next year!

"Of course, that's assuming you're not Troll idiots like Longbottom, Weasley, and Potter."

Many in the class burst into laughter; Snape's deadpan joke had everyone in stitches.

"Alright, now, who can tell me the conditions for a wizard to become Werewolf?" Snape asked.

No one answered him.

"Nobody really knows? No way? No way?" Snape scoffed.

"Unbelievable, you're all fourth graders. I'm so disappointed... If you get bitten by Werewolf one day, you won't even know if you've turned into Werewolf."

Of course, it would be best to ask your Defence Against Dark Magic teacher Professor Lupin.

"He's a Werewolf expert; nobody knows Werewolf better than him," Snape said with a malicious grin.

Everyone could hear the sarcasm in Snape's tone; it seemed he really disliked Lupin.

That's normal. He hated Tywin the year before last, Quirrell the year before that, Lockhart last year... all the Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor are within his scope of dislike.

There's even a school legend that the curse on the Defence Against Dark Magic position was cast by Snape... just to drive away the wizards who wanted to take his place.

"Come here, Stark, I heard you killed quite a few Werewolf with the Auror in France, tell them!" Snape called out.

All eyes were on William. The news had been reported, but everyone was more focused on Black and Paris, and overlooked this incident.

Now that Snape had suddenly brought it up, everyone's gaze towards William became even more intense.

Suddenly, no one cared about his personal conduct anymore.

"Werewolf are caused by a magical virus called 'Lycanthropy'."

It spreads among people through contact with saliva and blood. Therefore, when a Transfiguration Werewolf bites someone, the bitten person will also turn into Werewolf.

If the creature that bites the victim is Werewolf that retains its human form, it will only exhibit some Werewolf characteristics, such as a liking for eating bloody flesh.

"Bitings or scratches inflicted by Werewolf, regardless of the Werewolf's form at the time, will leave permanent scars on the victim," William said.

The young wizards gasped, their fear of the Werewolf intensifying.

"Very good, very good." Snape was pleased with the students' attitude. He then asked, "How do we heal the wounds from Werewolf bites?"

"Fresh wounds can heal with the help of a mixture of silver powder and Dittany," William said.

"Why didn't you write these down?" Snape roared. "These are things that could save your lives if you're attacked by Werewolf!"

Marcus muttered under his breath, "It's like we have Werewolf in our school."

No one made a sound in the class after that. Everyone sat and listened to Professor Snape explain the key points of brewing the Wolfsbane Potion.

William was surprised to discover that Snape had improved the Wolfsbane Potion again... truly a master of improvement.

William quickly copied it down, intending to try it out when he got back.

Others might not recognize its value, but he certainly did, since William had learned most of his brewing techniques from Snape during the Time Loop.

William was also puzzled: why did Professor Snape always want to become the Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor?

Wouldn't it be better to just stay and be Potions Professor? It's a promising career.
