Their Own Kind Tasted Better
Walking through the Room of Requirement, William strolled leisurely, as if he were in his own backyard.
They've come so many times that it's practically become the third property he and Hermione have bought.
William, of course, wouldn't choose the place where he usually brewed Potions as the battleground; instead, he chose this huge junkyard.
The junkyard lived up to its name; despite its enormous size, it was filled with items collected by generations of young wizards... In William's opinion, very few of them were truly valuable.
A large number of books are nothing special; he's no stranger to this place, and finding a few magic books can make him happy for days.
Looking back now, it's really rubbish, especially many books that are missing pages in crucial places...
William discovered several wizard comic books. Like the photographs, these comics were animated.
But every time it reached a crucial part that was rated 18+, it would be inexplicably torn off.
Isn't that immoral?
Did William want to see those strange colored pages? He just wanted to keep the story coherent!
The magic books discarded by the students were nothing special; compared to the Restricted Section, they were insignificant.
Putting everything else aside, shouldn't "Secrets of Advanced Dark Magic" be at least a standard requirement?
There were piles of magical items, but not many were of decent quality, and many had lost their magic over time.
William once found several Dungbomb from 1982. They had become Squib and were completely ineffective.
So the twins collected them, intending to make laffitte for the new Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor next year.
Professor Lupin, if he knew about this, would probably feel a mixture of relief and a little sadness.
They didn't even make him tea, which was still kind of them, but how come he's "next year's new professor"? Has his life been declared over so quickly?
He felt he could still be saved.
Come to think of it, who would hide all their valuables in this room?
How incredibly stupid can someone be?
Would the Dark Lord hide the Horcrux here?!
That's impossible!
Unless his head was pinched by Troll's wet armpit, he wouldn't do something so stupid.
Given the sheer number of items here, it's clear this isn't the first time it's been opened. Countless people have been here, leaving behind distinctive traces.
What peculiar habit led Voldemort to place his most important possession in such a location?
The most basic requirement for a place to hide something is that no one else can get in; only the person who entered can.
For example, William's requirement was that only the room he and Hermione could enter was the real hiding place.
As a Dark Lord, Voldemort should be quite intelligent, right?
William thought so. After all, the resurrected Little Tom seemed to have a high IQ.
William and Hermione are still searching for the Dementor. They bypass a goofy-looking T-800 robot and turn a corner to encounter "Love".
Two lone Dementor pounced on them.
Hermione waved her wand, and a silver bird emerged from the tip of it.
That was a proud swan.
William wasn't surprised at all that Hermione's Patronus was a swan; in fact, he thought it suited her perfectly.
The Patronus Charm is a reflection of a person's most positive emotions, and its form is usually that of an animal with which they have an affinity.
Of course, Patronus are not static; they are also related to emotions.
The swan's haughtiness goes without saying; it's practically identical to Hermione's.
Its fighting power is also surprisingly high, making it a well-known bully in the village.
In the United Kingdom, swans sometimes hold a higher status than people. All swans in the United Kingdom belong to the Queen, are protected by law, and each goose has a number.
Bullying swans can be a serious offense and result in imprisonment.
Therefore, the two Dementor were too blind and became targets for the Swan Patronus.
The silver swan crashed directly into it, smashing a Dementor into the head of a decommissioned nuclear warhead with a series of loud thuds.
The force was so great that it stirred up a large cloud of dust in the room.
The surrounding hills suddenly sank several meters.
The commotion quickly attracted other Dementor.
More than two hundred Dementor surrounded the two of them. Among them was the guy William had imprisoned for months.
It's been starving for so long, it's now about the height of Hobbit.
His body was covered in tattered burn marks, and he looked out of place among a group of tall people.
It didn't participate in the battle, preparing to run away if things went wrong. It had had enough of being imprisoned.
The girl, having nothing better to do, used it as a punching bag to practice her Patronus Charm.
The boy was even more outrageous; they used all sorts of magic on him to see which was most effective.
Some time ago, it even found a ball of fire from somewhere and cruelly burned it.
It almost got burned to death.
No one understood the terror of the pair of Dark Lord before them better than it.
The Dementor had their own agenda, and William also wanted to capture them all.
This is a good opportunity; William "himself" is in the Great Hall, providing a solid alibi.
No one saw him lure the Dementor away, so now we can capture them indiscriminately.
William couldn't afford to support so many, so out of humanitarian considerations... he had no choice but to eliminate a large portion of them.
William took out a bottle and threw it into a pile of rubbish that Hermione had cleared out.
The crimson flames quickly scorched an alien specimen.
This is the flame of Fawkes, which William obtained from the Headmaster's Office last time and specially crafted into a "Molotov cocktail."
Similar to Fiendfyre, the phoenix's flames are also demonic fire.
Just as laughter can destroy Boggart, the flames of a phoenix possess a similar warm power.
It is more aggressive than the Patronus and has a special and miraculous effect in dealing with dark creatures.
This is the only spell William has discovered so far, besides the Patronus Charm, that has caused substantial damage to Dementor.
He experimented on that Dementor repeatedly.
No one discovered this before, for a simple reason. First, you need a phoenix, and second, you need a Dementor for your research.
Since Dementor were incorporated into the United Kingdom Ministry of Magic's civil service system, William is the only one who perfectly meets this requirement.
From one perspective, the phoenix is truly a treasure trove.
Tears can disinfect, flames can kill bacteria, flesh can resist injury, and you can also get a magic buff.
When food is scarce, the passive ability "Resurrection" can permanently provide chicken legs.
She's absolutely the best of the best, number one on the list!
The Incendio roared up and quickly became a huge bonfire.
William struck the bow three times in succession, and a giant silver bow appeared in front of him.
An arrow, long and bright, pierced the sun, its white light blinding, and shot swiftly towards the Dementor amidst the rising dust.
The arrow itself was artificially enchanted, stained with crimson-gold flames.
An arrow came flying straight at them. The leader of the Dementor initially intended to withstand the attack, but after a quick assessment, he swiftly fired the arrow through the air with lightning speed.
It dared not confront its sharp edge and slipped past in a sorry state. But its underlings were not so lucky.
The magic arrows had no effect on the Dementor, but when the flames dripped onto them, they were like drops of oil, instantly crackling and burning.
A putrid stench filled the room.
William transformed into an archer, unleashing a flurry of arrows, firing two at once, one after the other.
The trajectory, seemingly erratic, is precisely guided by magic, making it as elusive and unpredictable as a living, breathing creature.
Hermione waved her wand, and the silver swan swept backward, knocking away the Dementor that had attacked from behind.
William's body surged with magical power. He exhaled a long breath, gripped his staff in his right hand, and pointed the tip of the staff directly at the flames.
The wand traced a semi-circle, drawing the flames to form seven layers, which rapidly unfolded like a fan.
Shoot!
Arrows rained down, like fish swimming on the crest of a wave, striking the first wave of charging Dementor.
Wherever the magic arrows went, magnificent sparks burst forth.
Hundreds of Dementor stood before him, and Hermione was behind him.
William remained unmoved.
Even if there were twice as many Dementor, it would still only be a situation where two people could surround them!
far away,
The Dementor wanted a chicken leg, but didn't get one.
Its withered arms, trembling, gently lifted the dark rusted Diadem.
"Yes, very good, take it." A hoarse whisper echoed in the Dementor's ear.
It hesitated for a long time before finally placing the Diadem on its head.
Another Dementor was attracted and tried to snatch it, but it grabbed it and pinned it to the ground.
"Kill it." The hoarse whisper rang out again.
The Dementor opened its "cherry lips" and forcefully kissed its companion.
The Dementor struggled for a moment, its breathing gradually weakening, before turning into a wisp of black smoke.
Having killed its companion, the Dementor felt little guilt; instead, it experienced an unprecedented sense of satisfaction and pleasure.
turn out to be,
Some of the same kind are still tastier.
It rubbed its belly and hissed, "I'm hungry."
Standing at the edge of the corridor, Dumbledore gazed through the glass at the dark night sky outside.
With his right knuckles, he gently tapped on the windowsill, producing a strange rhythm.
William and Hermione, who were inside the house, had already used the Time-Turner to travel back in time.
If all goes well, I should be back.
Dumbledore counted down from ten in his mind...
Countdown ended.
But on the other side of the corridor,
William and Hermione were not present.

P. S. In the original books, Hermione's Patronus is an otter, Rowling likes otters. The second point is to correspond to Ron's Patronus Jack Russell the Hound. These hounds are trained to chase small animals like otters.
But the Patronus isn't static; this place can't still be an otter, so it turned into a swan. I think Hermione is more like a swan.
