Trene's Magic Submarine!
The Winged Lion is the symbol of Venice, and sculptures of it can be seen everywhere in the city.
The Winged Lion are not figments of Muggle imagination, but real Magical Creatures that exist in Venice.
With the enactment of the International Statute of Secrecy, the habitat of this animal was protected by wizards using magic, and very few Muggle have ever seen it.
However, his appearance continues to circulate among Muggle and has even been used to create various works of art.
The Ministry of Magic departments of Venice also kept these creatures for use in hunting.
The Winged Lion is very useful; it can replace flying brooms, police dogs, and even effectively replace Auror.
This might give you the illusion that "putting a dog on there would be more useful than Italy Auror"... Well, that's not an illusion, it's reality!
So when William and Hermione finally appeared, they discovered that the sky was already filled with Winged Lion.
They spread their wings, their golden wings flapping powerfully, and plummeted straight down through the clouds.
William looked around; magical barriers had been erected around them. Wizards were also driving away Muggle and altering their memories.
A Winged Lion swept past, and William, with a charming smile, said softly, "They came rather quickly."
"Yes, that's strange," Hermione murmured.
It's really strange; there's no reason for the Ministry of Magic to pinpoint their location so quickly.
Even Muggle have started to be dispersed in advance.
This tracking method is far superior to that of the France Auror.
It seems he was wrong, terribly wrong. Italy is still better than France.
At the waterway intersection, the Winged Lion made a sharp turn without slowing down, carrying an Auror as it sped towards them.
Although they were clearly flying in mid-air, the whistling of their wings gave the illusion that their hooves were pounding the ground like thunder.
William stood at the bow of the boat, twirling his wand, causing ripples to spread across the river.
The drawn water spun and shot towards the Auror.
At first, the Auror was somewhat nonchalant, but after five or six meters, the water, which was only as thick as a finger, had turned into huge waves.
He felt a chill seep into his skin and instinctively crossed his arms over his chest to ward off the cold.
The waves crashed over the lion's head, the clanging sound instantly drowning out the wind and rain.
The river surged violently in an instant, causing Trene's Doragon to shake violently as well.
After the collision, the Winged Lion remained, but the Auror was nowhere to be seen.
He was swept into the canal, struggling listlessly in the water, his eyes glazed over.
Water splashed and rippled in mid-air, and several Winged Lion charged in with a ferocious posture.
Ten Auror simultaneously raised their wands, filling the air with various colored lights.
The spells were chaotic, the magic overflowed, like a cascading galaxy, forming a cage from which there was nowhere to hide.
William chanted an incantation and raised his wand. Centered on him, several meters of river water surged up, forming a barrier that countered the cascading spell.
Like an umbrella sheltering you from the rain!
In an instant, all the lights of various colors were violently thrown back, falling into the river and creating ripples.
William flicked his wand, and the water curtain transformed into a water dragon. As it spread its wings and swept low across the sky, a continuous stream of river water was stirred up.
The surging river water, like a giant tidal wave, exploded in the sky. The water dragon surged upwards with unparalleled power.
It rolled and tumbled in mid-air, gliding and swirling freely, before shooting towards the arched-backed Auror.
Wherever it went, the rain poured down. Wizards kept falling into the water, like dumplings being put into a pot.
Hermione stood quietly beside William, watching the boy, alone with his staff, seemingly invincible. After a moment of fascination, she murmured:
"The rain is so beautiful."
Trene stared in shock at William, who stood casually at the bow of the ship with his wand lowered, and for a moment she didn't know what to say.
"Go!" William commanded.
Suppressing her shock, Trene made a sharp turn, steer the gondola toward the alley.
"What exactly did you two do?" she asked hastily, now that she was away from the Auror.
"So many Auror are chasing you?!"
"Was it an attack on the Minister for Magic, or did they destroy the Ministry of Magic?" she boldly speculated.
"It's not that serious," William quickly explained.
"They only knocked out four Auror and one secretary-general."
He added, "Yeah, we just added a bunch Auror."
"..."
"The Auror have blocked off this area, and it seems they're still chasing after us," she said bitterly.
"If I keep dragging you around, I'll definitely be seen as an accomplice."
You're going to get me killed!
"Let us explain, Trene," Hermione said hastily. "Here's what happened: the Goblet of Fire, which was kept at the Ministry of Magic, is missing."
This has nothing to do with us; we only arrived in Venice today.
But Secretary General Martell suspects that we two stole it.
The current situation is that, for some reason, only the two of us can find the lost Goblet of Fire.
We must find it, because...
Hermione decided to tell a little white lie.
"Venice is going to be flooded, it's all because of the Goblet of Fire, only the two of us... can save Venice!"
We're really not bad people!
"Yeah." William sat down next to Hermione and started rambling, going along with her.
"Did we look like the bad guys because we stopped the Paris crisis last year?"
Do they look alike?
That's so damn similar! He was just fighting a bunch of Auror on the water... If you're not the bad guy, then who is?
Trene rubbed her cheek and took a few steps back. She walked to the leather chair, plopped down, and seemed to be pondering their conversation.
Hermione's words were hard for her to accept; how could Venice be about to be submerged?
Well, it's been raining for half a month already. If this continues for the rest of the year, it will definitely be flooded.
Trene looked at William, then glanced at Hermione, and said, "I have a very important question to ask you."
"Is any one of you really not the one who stole the Goblet of Fire?"
"No!" Hermione said, "Absolutely not."
Trene's expression turned serious. She paused for a moment, then said thoughtfully:
"I've heard of Secretary General Martell; he's a very tough wizard."
The Goblet of Fire is a very famous magical item, as well-known as the Four Horses of St Mark's Basilica.
The news of its loss will probably spread first thing tomorrow morning.
Martell will definitely have to consider public opinion.
Now that there are two suspects who can be detained, his stress will be greatly reduced.
Whether you are guilty or not, you will certainly be detained by the Auror until they find out the truth.
"But no, we have to get to the Goblet of Fire," Hermione emphasized.
"Yes, Martell clearly doesn't trust you." Trene glanced back; more Auror were approaching.
"You two had better be innocent, or I'll be hanged by the Ministry of Magic for harboring criminals and illegally modifying Muggle items!"
She suddenly stood up, waved her wand, and the entire ship was sealed shut.
The woman opened the cover under the steering wheel, revealing a row of buttons.
She pressed the red button, and Doragon immediately sank.
Good heavens, what was just a moment ago a ship with an engine has now turned into... a demonic submarine!
Your modifications are so drastic... you deserve to be hanged.
"Hold on tight!" Trene rubbed her hands together, a hint of excitement in her voice.
I've only used it secretly a few times, I don't know if it still works.
William took a deep breath and asked, "Trene, do you know a wizard named Arthur Weasley?"
"Never heard of him? What's wrong? Is he famous?"
"I'll introduce you to him next time; you two should get along very well."
"As handsome as you?" Trene brushed a strand of hair from her sideburns and gave her a flirtatious wink.
"No... a bald, middle-aged man."
"He also has seven Calabash Brothers... oops, kid, the oldest one is about your age, and the youngest is the same age as my sister."
"Roll!!"
Hermione covered her mouth and chuckled. Trene turned to her, gave her a knowing look, and said:
"Hermione, you have to be strict with men who like to flirt; you can't give them any opportunity to act recklessly."
William became alert and quickly pulled Hermione behind him.
We mustn't follow in Trene's footsteps and become bad influences!
