Masterful Fists, Save Wizards and Reduce Magic!
The messy affairs between the Magical Congress of the United States of America and the White House are really not something ordinary people can handle.
Not to mention, Little Tom got involved.
By joining the Scourers, he has created a situation where four forces are intertwined, and the outcome of the struggle is unlikely to be determined anytime soon.
It's good that we can't tell the result; it makes it easy to mix in some sand and find something useful in the chaos.
Not to mention that Babbling was there too.
William and Hermione listened with great interest to the troubles and stories of various countries, and attended almost every meeting.
But they soon realized they were too young.
In William's imagination:
This is the International Wizarding Conference, a meeting of some of the world's most powerful wizards.
Even if we don't talk about having meetings every few days, afterwards they'd go to hot springs, get massages, and go to spas on public funds, or at least eat hot pot and sing karaoke, right?
When you encounter a problem, just punish yourself with three drinks; it's not a big deal.
But William never expected that when he got busy, he wouldn't even have time to eat hot pot, let alone spicy hot pot.
A barrage of meetings came crashing down on us.
At its most extreme, thirty-two meetings were held in a single week.
In the middle of the night, after William and Hermione had gone to sleep, Missandei knocked urgently on the door, asking them to come to a meeting.
Who could stand this?!
All sorts of outrageous things happen.
There are many in the United Kingdom alone.
For example, the Gringotts Goblin filed a complaint against Ludo Bagman, the United Kingdom's Department of Magical Games and Sports, for owing money and running away with his mistress;
There are also wizards who suffered losses in the Quidditch world and are demanding compensation of 50,000 Galleon.
Such professional extortionists were unsurprisingly rejected by the United Kingdom Ministry of Magic, so they had no choice but to appeal to the International Confederation of Wizards.
Most surprisingly, William and Hermione were also sued.
The Albania representative once again demanded that William and Hermione compensate for the forest burned last year.
According to them, that area is full of magical plants that are over a thousand years old, worth millions of Galleon.
This guy must be insane!
William insisted that Voldemort was behind it, ordering the Ministry of Magic of Albania to demand money from the Dark Lord.
He also claimed that he could go to Albania again to help find evidence left by Voldemort.
The Albania representative was immediately alarmed and withdrew the lawsuit.
Good heavens, Vienna is in such a state, who would dare let you go to Albania?
One trip there would set the economy back by at least twenty years!
Upon hearing this, the Russia representative's eyes lit up, and he wanted to invite William and Hermione to Moscow.
We'd be willing to go back twenty years, or even thirty!
Education is the foundation of a nation's long-term development.
At this Wizarding Conference, the International Confederation of Wizards Education Office also conducted a new round of educational evaluations of eleven magic schools recognized by the Wizarding World.
Last year, Hogwarts was ranked in the lower middle range, but this year it unexpectedly moved up a few places and became a middle school.
What? Not number one?
Your Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor keep getting into trouble every year, earning you the reputation among industry insiders as "the graveyard of Defense Against the Dark Arts professors" and "one of the least popular schools"... and you still want to be number one?
So be content. These few who moved up in rank are only considered as a result of successfully hosting the Triwizard Tournament and Hermione winning the Triwizard Cup.
The school that ranked last this time is the Uagadou School of Magic.
The school is located on Mountains of the Moon, a mountain peak situated on the border between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
This school admits students from across the entire Africa continent, making it the school with the most students.
With such a large number of students, educational resources are in short supply.
Not to mention this school, which doesn't follow the Ministry of Education's syllabus and prefers to take unconventional approaches.
For example, this school has a special Animagus course that trains students to undergo self- Transfiguration.
The students at this school don't like using wands.
The wand was invented in Europe. Before the wand was introduced there, many of Uagadou's spells were cast using fingers or gestures.
But since magic wands have become popular worldwide, the benefits are obvious.
It can play an excellent supporting role, greatly reducing the difficulty of learning magic.
At Hogwarts, first-year students can be taught the Levitation Charm before Halloween; however, most Uagadou students don't learn it until their second year.
This is the result of not having a magic wand; learning a lot of knowledge becomes very difficult.
This school's admissions process is also Bite.
An eleven-year-old wizard learns of his enrollment through Dream Messenger.
Dream Messenger leave children a keepsake, usually a stone with an inscription, while they sleep.
Africa representatives expressed dissatisfaction with the ranking of education level as the lowest, believing there was some foul play involved.
They claimed it was racial discrimination!
Another witch questioned why there were fewer female representatives than male representatives.
William was also stunned.
This boxing technique is truly sharp and precise, with a wide range of styles that can be applied to any topic.
Another Sweden environmental activist, Thunberg, made a startling assertion:
Wizards' use of magic can cause severe environmental damage. Global warming is caused by the excessive use of magic.
She urged everyone to refrain from using magic and to practice restraint and reduce the use of witchcraft.
William suddenly realized that being the president of the International Confederation of Wizards wasn't all that comfortable after all.
It seems that if he wants to become the president in the future, he will have to train a secretary specifically to help him handle various issues.
After attending several more meetings, William and Hermione needed a break and began skipping various meetings.
Anyway, neither of them is a representative, so no one will say anything.
Their break consisted of traveling around Vienna and, incidentally, considering buying a property.
The extent of the disaster in Vienna was not as large as people thought; there are still many places where you can buy a house.
Soros, being quite astute, immediately arranged for help in finding a house with a good view.
Hermione loved the Danube and ultimately chose a house by the river.
Minister Soros's overtures were clearly motivated by a desire for William to help persuade Austria to donate more money.
Dumbledore had clearly restored many of the buildings for him, but the Austrian Ministry of Magic's fundraising efforts not only didn't decrease, but they even devised a second round of plans.
He also promised that as long as William helped, 82 or 73 wouldn't be a problem.
Upon hearing that the other party was number seven, William refused without even thinking.
Minister Soros still doesn't understand who's begging on their knees, and doesn't they know they need to be mindful of William's feelings?
Taking this opportunity, William and Hermione also went to Gregorovitch's house.
Gregorovitch's cabin was mostly destroyed by Grindelwald, but many things were still buried under the ruins.
Gregorovitch also collected a large amount of magical materials; the Unicorn Hair used to make the staff core alone filled half a room.
If William doesn't take it, it'll probably get moldy very soon.
His conscience told him he had to take it; he couldn't waste it!
Otherwise, when Gregorovitch returns and sees all that has been wasted, the old man will surely be heartbroken!
William has always been so considerate.
