Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Mount Greylock,
Located in northwestern Massachusetts.
It is known for its expansive views, and a seasonal road leads directly to the top of the mountain.
At the top of the mountain stands a tall granite war memorial lighthouse.
There is also a hiking trail that leads through the mountain and directly to the Appalachian Mountains.
Muggle only know these two paths.
But actually, there is a third path hidden on the other side of the mountain.
Only wizards know the entrance, and its end point is the famous Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
In the evening,
A beautiful four-wheeled carriage sped along the winding road, flanked by dense coniferous forests and precipitous cliffs.
After driving to the end, the school entrance came into view.
This is a massive tower, hundreds of feet high, with its top bulging outwards to form a huge ring of sawtooth-shaped battlements.
From a distance, this doesn't look like a school gate; it looks more like a military base.
Well, that's understandable.
The first group of immigrant wizards faced extremely harsh living conditions.
We must not only guard against the Scourers, but also against the Puritans.
This area is covered with vast, undeveloped primeval forests, and is home to various large Magical Creatures.
Building a bunker at the school entrance wouldn't be a big problem.
At the entrance, there are dedicated security guards who are on duty even during the summer vacation.
In stark contrast is a magic school in the United Kingdom that wished to remain anonymous.
Forget about the gatekeepers, there wasn't even a wall on one side; you could just cross the lawn at night and head straight to the Forbidden Forest.
There are often small groups of students who sneak into the Forbidden Forest.
Oh, it's not like there's no security at all.
For example, there's a keeper who likes to pet dragons living on the edge of the Forbidden Forest.
But he has the most dangerous Magical Creatures he keeps!
There's a reason why Ilvermorny Magic ranked first in last year's International Wizarding Education Office education assessment.
As for that unknown school, ranking in the middle, that's all thanks to the good deeds of its ancestors.
Guard Roger wore earphones and held Magic Radio in his hand.
Tonight is the United States League Cup quarterfinals, and everyone's watching Quidditch Match.
Roger really wished he could be there to watch the game, but he was on duty today and drew a terrible draw.
A quick plug for an app: A perfect replica of the old version of the popular book-tracking app with source switching capabilities.
Upon hearing the sound of horses' hooves, Roger quickly turned off the radio and removed his earphones.
After the carriage stopped, a head popped out of the window.
"Professor Targaryen!" Roger grinned.
"The Fitchburg Finches?" Targaryen asked with a smile.
The Finches are a Quidditch team in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
This team has won the United States League Cup six times and is deeply loved by the Massachusetts Wizards.
Roger blushed and said nervously, "It's just the pre-match introduction."
Targaryen laughed. "I won't tell anyone."
Roger looked at the young professor gratefully; slacking off during work hours was not a good habit, especially being caught by the professor.
However, judging from the professor's appearance, he probably slacked off quite often.
"Professor, did you just return from Canada?" Roger asked casually.
"Yes," Targaryen said helplessly, "It's getting harder and harder to persuade the parents of Muggle students these days."
Many people think I'm a fraud, and some parents are unwilling for their children to leave Canada and come to the United States to study.
"Maybe we should open a branch school," Roger joked.
"Then I will definitely apply to be the principal."
"And who is this?" Roger looked out the window and saw a beautiful witch inside the car.
"Her name is Katherine." Targaryen blinked. "She's from Finland, my homeland. We've known each other before."
"Oh." Roger smiled meaningfully.
That troublesome ex-girlfriend.
Roger had heard of the young professor's style: brilliant but also too much of a womanizer.
He reportedly changes girlfriends every month.
He's such a scumbag.
It's understandable that there are a few "female classmates" from our hometown with their own stories.
Roger seemed to remember something, glanced down at the record, and deliberately lowered his voice to say:
Miss Picquery came looking for you.
Targaryen seemed somewhat helpless; he adjusted his gold-rimmed glasses to indicate that he understood.
The carriage continued along the winding road toward the school's parking area.
Seeing that no one was around, the young professor became somewhat exasperated and shouted at the Safety Watch in his hand:
"Professor Babbling, what do you mean Miss Picquery is here to see me again?"
Could you explain this?!
After a moment, Veela's languid and alluring voice came from inside the Safety Watch.
"William, don't worry about the details. I was just putting on an act."
That girl, Picquery, comes from a powerful family. I need to get some information out of the Ministry of Magic.
... playing a role in bed?
You even used Polyjuice Potion to transform into my likeness and then groped other girls?
You beast!
Hermione, standing to the side, was also somewhat speechless.
She had always thought Professor Babbling was a respectable person.
That's right, the so-called Professor Targaryen is none other than William himself.
Meanwhile, Katherine, standing to the side, was transformed by Hermione after taking Polyjuice Potion.
As for Professor Babbling, who was originally disguised as Targaryen, she went to rest inside William's Safety Watch.
William originally didn't want to come to United States.
But at Babbling's urging, he had no choice but to come to United States with Hermione.
However, given William's current fame, he will have a significant impact wherever he goes.
The Death Eaters are stirring.
The attention of various countries will be drawn to the United States, and even Little Tom will become wary.
Therefore, William and Hermione certainly cannot come openly.
Fortunately, four years ago, Professor Babbling had the foresight to establish a small online presence in Ilvermorny.
That's the so-called Professor Targaryen.
This professor was modeled entirely after William's appearance.
At the end of July, Babbling, as a professor, is going to Canada to visit Muggle families and persuade them to send their children to school.
William and Hermione then used the Disillusionment Charm to enter a plane and secretly travel to Canada, before returning to the United States.
William didn't need to change his appearance at all; all he needed was his Targaryen identity document and passport.
No one would doubt that he was the infamous Stark, because while that man was causing trouble in the United Kingdom, the Targaryen were in Ilvermorny.
After getting off the carriage, William and Hermione headed towards the castle.
William had looked at the map many times, so even though it was his first time here, he knew the way very well.
They descended a steep slope, and as soon as they stepped out of the parking lot, a castle came into view.
"A beautiful house," Hermione murmured in admiration.
William nodded in approval.
He had seen three school castles.
Ilvermorny, however, was completely different.
The description "overbearing and domineering" is entirely apt.
Its protruding, rugged stone walls give the castle a majestic and imposing presence;
The stunning array of overlapping blackout windows and arched light-transmitting openings adds to its imposing and domineering presence.
On either side of its main entrance stand marble statues of Isolt Searle and James Stewart.
They were the founders of this school.
James Stewart is a Muggle, and this is the only known magic school founded with the participation of Muggle.
As for Isolt Sel, he was a descendant of the Gaunt family.
She took the Slytherin Snakewood Wand and came to Ilvermorny.
This is also the target that William and Hermione are looking for this time!
