The arc left Hua Chunning famous on Earth and preparing to return to her sect, while Li Chengxuan continued cultivating and developing the Supreme Mystery Sub-Courtyard.

• Li Chengxuan became Supreme Mystery Mountain’s sect leader, expelled Qi Yuntian and Luo Qingqing, and discovered the Two Worlds Pearl could take him to Earth.
• Li Chengxuan recruited Liu Zhijian, whose Kan Water aspect strengthened the Heavenly Dao, and taught him a slow method to open his meridians.
• After the Azure Cloud Sect seized Rejuvenation Valley, Li Chengxuan negotiated with Xue Yang for cultivation methods and resources, then began seeking promising people on Earth.
• Li Chengxuan found fate and potential in Duanmu Ren, but accepted his refusal to leave his successful life and asked him to help close off Li Household Hollow.

Li Chengxuan guided Hua Chunning toward a spring-based cultivation path while Liu Zhijian entered the Dao and became entangled in the Azure Cloud Sect’s scheme to turn Deng Gang into a Human Pill. Liu Zhijian killed Deng Gang with a sword talisman, then brought strange resentful Qi back to Supreme Mystery Mountain.

• Li Chengxuan devised a path for Hua Chunning to cultivate Yi Wood by gathering the Fragrance of a Hundred Flowers, and she built the Supreme Mystery Sub-Courtyard into a popular spring garden.
• Liu Zhijian formed a Heaven and Earth Root at the White Dragon River and became a Kan Water cultivator, while Elder Luo entrusted Jiang Xiaoyu to his care before going to die.
• Hua Chunning gathered spring Manifestations and met Liu Zhijian and Jiang Xiaoyu at Supreme Mystery Mountain, while Liu Zhijian chose the River and Great Mound Scripture and entered cultivation.
• Dong Linyuan, Xue Yang, and Qiao Yunbai revealed that they had engineered Deng Gang’s victories to strengthen his fate and turn him into a Human Pill, then tried to draw Li Chengxuan away from the mountain.

Duanmu Ren joined Supreme Mystery Mountain and entered the Dao by confronting the resentment bound to him, then used his new power to stabilize the Huang Kingdom. After secretly using a Blood Pill to awaken his godfather, he returned to the Civil Affairs Bureau, where security stopped him at the entrance.

• Duanmu Ren became Li Chengxuan’s Registered Disciple and began studying the High Shaman Dao, while Li Chengxuan took him to the Southern Edge Continent to explain the danger of the Resentment of the Myriad People.
• Hua Chunning entered the Wu Earth Secret Realm, found a peach tree beneath which she recognized it was time to enter the Dao, and returned having achieved Qi Ingestion.
• Duanmu Ren challenged the teachings of the High Shaman lineage, chose to seek nothing outside himself, and entered a cave to face the Resentment of the Myriad People through his memories.
• After Duanmu Ren’s awakened power nearly killed Hu Yueqiu, Li Chengxuan made him a True Disciple and sent him to stabilize the Huang Kingdom with unlimited authority.
• Duanmu Ren killed both Chu emperors and their chosen confidants, installed Chu Yi as emperor, secured the Qiao Household’s support through a marriage arrangement, and ordered relief for the people.
• Duanmu Ren returned to Supreme Mystery Mountain, studied the Yi Wood and Kan Water lineages, and asked Hua Chunning for help treating his unconscious godfather with a Blood Pill.

Supreme Mystery Mountain’s disciples pursued their paths across the Azure Cloud Market and Little Dragon Mountain while Hua Chunning uncovered the region’s conflicts and Liu Zhijian faced a dragon’s challenge. Liu pulled the Dragon-Rearing Secret Realm into the present and returned to the mountain, while Duanmu Ren advanced his plans for Rejuvenation Valley Pharmaceutical on Earth.

• Duanmu Ren’s transformation led his father-in-law to believe a pill had saved Duanmu Ren’s godfather, and Duanmu Ren promised that he had saved one for him.
• Li Chengxuan gave his disciples gifts and guidance, then allowed Liu Zhijian and Hua Chunning to leave the mountain for training and opportunities.
• Hua Chunning visited the Azure Cloud Market, learned of the war over Spirit Roots and the Exalted One’s fall, and defeated Lin Xiansheng in a spar.
