Qin Lu used alchemy, family alliances, and force to break the established lineages and bring Bayi under Qin control. After earning recognition as an alchemist, he began expanding his influence through river trade and a planned auction.
Qin Lu advanced the Qin Family into a powerful cultivation lineage, established its stronghold and formations, and entered the struggle between local clans and imperial authority. After a Floating Cloud Sword Sect plot threatened his family, Qin Lu joined Zhang Xuan and Huang Liang to lure the sect’s ancestor into an ambush.
Qin Lu, Huang Liang, and Zhang Xuan destroyed the Floating Cloud Sword Sect, and the Qin Clan gained territory during Da Zhou’s conquest of Daliang. After years of clan development and cultivation, the three allies attacked the Blue Wave Sect and Longchuan’s rival clans, leaving Qin Lu’s newly subdued servant Yu Lin to turn against Hou Guan.
The Qin Clan consolidated its control of Longchuan, rose to prominence through Qi Condensation pills and the Chuanlong Minor Gathering, and expanded its influence through new allies and waterways. When Da Zhou launched a campaign against Daliang, Qin Lu led the clan north, seized Mingde City, and secured Qiao Mei’s submission on behalf of the Jade Maiden Sect.
Qin Lu helped conquer Daliang, seized Flower Willow Courtyard’s treasures and inheritances, and concealed his growing strength while the Qin Clan developed. After Qin Zhao reached Qi Condensation, Qin Lu crushed the factions threatening him and ordered the seizure of the Eastern Mystic Sea Commandery.
Qin Lu led the Qin Clan through the conquest of East Extreme Heaven, the expansion of its power, and a coordinated assault sparked by Jing Ke. After forging his Dao Foundation, Qin Lu killed Jing Ke, strengthened the Tai'e Sword, and emerged to turn the battle against the invaders.
Qin Lu consolidated the Qin Clan’s rule, strengthened its cultivation base, and brought new allies and territories under its influence. The arc ended with the Hundred Lineages Grand Competition underway and Qin Mingzheng defeating Tong Hu in the second round.
Qin Lu joined Nangong Qinghong and Gao Xiong on an expedition into the Boundless Mystic Realm, where a Frost Demon scheme nearly killed him and threatened the Qin Clan. After surviving and uncovering the infiltration, Qin Lu kept the danger secret while the Qin Clan grew and strengthened its alliance with the Nangong Clan.
Qin Lu prepared the Qin Clan for upheaval while Qin Xiao and Qin Hui built its strength, defeated the Blood Demons, and consolidated control through reforms and war. The Qin Clan conquered the Southern Province and prepared to take Beitai Province as Qin Lu planned for future conflict.
The Qin Clan consolidated Northern Province, fought off the Frost Demon Race, and uncovered the collapse of the northern alliance as the demons overwhelmed Da Zhou. Qin Lu led the clan through a great teleportation array to the Boundless Mystic Realm, then began exploring the distant Eight Immortals Sea.
Qin Lu conquered Eastern Li Island, while the Qin Clan settled there, reorganized its leadership, and sent a hunting team into the Eight Immortals Sea. As Qin Lu pursued resources and learned of the sea’s ancient barrier, he secured an alliance with Haiyue and accepted a dragon egg and inheritances in exchange for Cang Yao’s safety.
Qin Lu built the Seeking Dao Alliance into a power, led it through a devastating war, and survived Core Formation to destroy the Seven Emotions Cult. The Qin Clan expanded across the Eight Immortals Sea, founded Great Qin, and began establishing its governing system.
Great Qin’s expansion provoked a full war with the Supreme Mystery Immortal Sect, while Qin Lu strengthened the Qin Clan and recruited powerful allies. The eastern front fell to Great Qin, and the struggle on Wind and Thunder Island left Qin Lu and Zhao Yi preparing to fight to the death.
Qin Lu led Great Qin through a series of wars that destroyed or absorbed the rival Golden Core sects and unified the Eight Immortals Sea. As Great Qin secured its new order and prepared Qin Zheng for rule, Meng Yu left Li Yuan and entrusted him with a letter for the newborn Li Shiming.
Great Qin expanded its forces and alliances while Qin Lu claimed the Eight Seas Dao Sect’s secret realm and subdued its guardian. As the Northern Continent counterattack took shape, Qin Zheng bonded with a young dragon and Bai He achieved Golden Core.
Great Qin entered the war against the Ice and Snow Demon Race, while Qin Lu’s sacrifices and cultivation led him through Nascent Soul tribulation. After Qin Lu and his allies defeated the Demon Emperors, Great Qin took control of the Northern Continent and established its new capital.
Great Qin consolidated its rule over the Northern Continent while Qin Lu prepared for the Central Lands’ conflict and entered the Mieyang Immortal Palace. The cultivators fought through its Earth, Fire, Water, and Wood domains, reaching the passage beyond the Wood Domain as Old Man Weng escaped.
Qin Lu learned the Frost Cloud Realm’s barriers to immortality, survived the fighting after the Mieyang Immortal Palace trial, and negotiated with Meng Yu over Great Qin’s fortune. The Qin Clan then expanded into the seas to develop the Fourth Heaven, where the Ghost Fire Ghost King bound himself to the Nether Yang.
Qin Lu absorbed the Immortal-Seeking Secret Realm into the Fourth Heaven, established the Seventh Heaven, and helped Lin Xuan ascend to Nascent Soul. The arc ended with Qin Lu reaching the Seven Beauties Star Domain and attacking its cultivators.
Qin Lu secured the Seven Beauties Star Domain and expanded his power while staying out of the Eastern Wasteland’s Spirit Transformation conflict. Qin Zheng led an expedition into the Ice and Snow Ancestral Court, where ancient Demon Emperor apparitions appeared and a shattered jade token triggered three immense manifestations behind him.
