After the communication ended, two messages popped up on the holographic control interface.
"Special access permission to enter and exit the Solar System has been authorized."
"Star map of the Milky Way has been uploaded."
Next came the issuance of the travel permit.
"[Heavenly River] is 1024 meters long, 300 meters wide, and 128 meters high. It is a Middle Tier, first-class private superhuman warship. It was born in the Solar System and belongs to the Perfected Heavenly River, Middle Tier superhuman life form of the Black Iron Human Race."

It is also the location of the three Transcendent Tier- civilizations, various Transcendent Tier- interstellar entities, and the headquarters of the [Galactic Transcendent Council]. The energy concentration here is the highest in the Milky Way, capable of Bearing a large number of extraordinary life forms and Transcendent Tier- civilizations.
The Avatar observes the various structures on this star map, as well as the location of the Solar System. The Solar System is situated on the outer Sagittarius Main Arm of the Milky Way, within the Orion arm, which is inside the Perseus Main Arm Orion Spur.
The [Galactic Transcendent Council] divides the civilization immigration zones into different levels based on the energy requirements of different civilization levels.
The four main spiral arms are the primary regions where advanced civilizations reside. The Solar System, on the other hand, is the area where many Middle Tier and Initial Tier civilizations live.
The other three human races are naturally located on the nearby Sagittarius Main Arm, Avatar is also one of the targets of this journey.
Therefore, the Avatar plan was devised.

Upon receiving this message, the octopus-like extraordinary being named Lan Li reviewed the various information he had received regarding the Black Iron Human Race over the past period. This included detailed information on the number of extraordinary beings, the number of ordinary people, the Supreme Council, the Human Federation, the development of various skills, and the influence and status of the special Heavenly River Dao Field within the Black Iron Human Race.
Then it remembered the promise that the Sword Force Octopus King had made to it when he came here before.
