Jiang He said no more. He turned and charged straight into the cave.
He wasn't worried that the woman would drive off on her own. The bus was a Weird Object bound to the system; no one could steal it from him!
Jiang He raced onward with the Urn in his arms. Before long, the Corpse-Devouring Devil Arum's enormous form appeared before him.
A large space had been cleared in the underground plaza, covered in ashes from the burned Demon Seeds.
Jiang He strained his eyes and saw that the arum, originally pitch-black, now had its petals tightly closed. A faint glow shone through them, as though it were nurturing something.
"Looks like Liu Lu's already been completely digested..."
Muttering to himself, Jiang He hesitated no longer and darted toward the vast, ash-covered open space!
As he ran, he took alcohol out of his space and threw it where the Demon Seeds were most densely packed.
The automatic pickup function was already active, so Jiang He didn't need to look closely. He only had to run back and forth to collect the supernatural items that had dropped!
Unfortunately, low-level Demon Seed Human Puppets made up the vast majority in the plaza, so even with the double drop rate, he collected only one crystal...
There was no time to appraise it. Red light flashed in Jiang He's hand.
The Flame Jet skill activated, and a blazing sun lit up the plaza once more!
