Lan Hong and his allies brought the spirit beasts and humanity together to face the Abyss, while exposing the schemes behind its invasion. The leaders prepared to enter the Abyss as Lan Hong confronted Tang Hao and Ah Yin over their treatment of Tang Wulin and sealed them away.

• Lan Hong discovered that the Abyss Plane had connected to Douluo Continent and revealed that Tang Wulin was Tang San’s son, while Gu Yue absorbed the Golden Dragon King’s Divine Core.
• Lan Hong brought his companions to Shrek Academy, where Tang Wulin reunited with Na’er and Little Gu Yue forgot him after they both took Forget Worry Pills.
• The Silver Dragon King destroyed Spirit Pagoda’s fortresses, then Gu Yue and Nana stopped the Holy Spirit Cult’s attack on Shrek City by destroying its Level 12 cannons and capturing the Ghost Emperor.
• Nana pledged the spirit beasts’ support against the Abyss, and the leaders learned that Abyssal creatures had invaded the Extreme North Land and the Endless Mountain Range.

The Abyssal invasion was repelled, but political factions concealed the soul beasts’ role while the Holy Spirit Cult prepared to unleash the Abyss again. As the cult attacked the Star Luo Empire, Lan Hong and the others confronted the Demon Empress’s revenge and the Federation’s plans to exploit the crisis.

• Tang Wulin defeated Sima Jinchi in the Star Dou Net All-Federation Challenge, while Sima Jinchi discovered he was the Dragon Slaying Saber and broke through to Title Douluo.
• The Abyss passage widened as Abyssal Kings attacked the Blood God Legion, but Little Gu Yue, Xuan Di, Di Tian, and Qian Renxue helped defeat the invaders and seal most of the passage.
• Federation leaders concealed Qian Renxue’s and the soul beast clan’s roles in the victory, while Tang Wulin saw evidence of the parliamentarians’ crimes and returned to Shrek City.
• Da Ming gave Tang Wulin the Sea God’s Trident and revealed that Xiao Wu was his biological mother, before Lan Hong told Tang Wulin that Tang San’s Ten-Thousand Year Plan had brought the Abyss to the continent.
• The Holy Spirit Cult seized Fixed Soul Guidance Cannons as a diversion, while Na Nali and Leng Yulai escaped after the cannons exploded and injured Zi Ji and Scarlet King.
• At the War God Hall, Tang Wulin’s team defeated the Spirit Pagoda and Monster Academy’s younger fighters, and Yun Ming defeated Qian Gu Dieting and Tong Yu before En Ci agreed to cooperate against the Abyss.
• Lan Hong froze the Demon Empress after she rejected Lan Fuzi’s pleas to abandon her revenge, while Ha Luosa led the Holy Spirit Cult’s assault on Star Luo City.
• As Ha Luosa threatened Hu Jie, Chen Xinjie ordered Guan Yue to deal with the Federation councilors and set out to recall the navy, while a dragon roared.

Lan Fuzi and the allied forces fought the Holy Spirit Cult and the Abyss as the invasion engulfed the continent. After the Demon Empress fell, Tang San seized the Abyss’s plane power, prompting Xuan Di to confront him.

• Lan Fuzi devoured Ha Luosa, reached the level of a Limit Douluo, and resolved to grow stronger.
• Yuanen Yehui opened a passage to the Demon Plane, but Bibi Dong destroyed the Demon Lord’s fragment controlling her and later helped Qian Renxue turn her Fallen Angel into a Sacred Angel.
• Lan Fuzi and Wu Changkong killed Dark Hummingbird, and Lan Fuzi later devoured the Dark Blood Demon during the defense of the Dou Ling Empire’s capital.
• Chen Xinjie and Long Yeyue each gave their lives to save the other, and Lan Hong and Qian Renxue restored them before they joined the fight against the Abyss.
• The Abyss invaded, and the allied forces battled its rulers while Yun Ming killed the Blazing Emperor at the cost of his life.
