When Old Eunuch Chen abducted children for a life-prolonging ritual, Chu Tianshu and his allies moved against the mansion, where the arc ended as he launched his attack.
Chu Tianshu helped Cai Shanjun reclaim the Rainbow Cloud Flute and defeat Commander Xu’s forces at the river crossing. The group reached Cai’s former students, where Chu received martial manuals and Cai prepared to support Liu Yanqi in Kunming.
Chu Tianshu recovered his grandfather’s stolen book in Macau and became entangled in the hunt for the Viscera Precious Jade, rescuing Yin Fengxin from its influence. After uncovering a company’s evil ritual, he charged toward its leader as the workers weakened and the ritual began.
Chu Tianshu kills Nie Longding and enters Nanzhao, where he learns the Blood Refinement Weapon Method and helps expose a conspiracy against the alliance with the Great Tang. After a massacre leaves Hai Donglai gravely injured, Chu Tianshu discovers that Hai Donglai’s Weapon Soul may offer a way to save him.
Chu Tianshu exposed the Nanzhao conspiracy, killed Duan Zhong, and returned home before a severe winter brought him into contact with a stolen shape-changing cat and a tomb-smuggling gang. The gang’s leader was captured, and Chu Tianshu went to Golden Saber Martial Arts School seeking help with his cultivation.
Chu Tianshu helped Feng Jianhua’s group uncover the Ghost Market’s White Bone Centipede scheme and fought the spirits and conspirators unleashed across Guangling. After advancing his cultivation and entering a clearer state of consciousness, he traveled with Xu Ben and Xu Zhicheng toward Southern Shaolin, where he warned Abbot Miaofan of imminent danger.
Chu Tianshu helped Southern Shaolin defeat the wokou and killed Chen Zuqi, then used the victory to strengthen the temple’s influence and recruit allies. As Lu Shuangyan arrived with news of the Flowing Cloud Manor Master’s sword, Chu Tianshu began helping him understand his art while a dangerous fifteenth sword loomed.
Chu Tianshu defeated the Demonic Sect leader and the Flowing Cloud Manor Master, then returned home and explored new cultivation questions. His investigation of Yao Qianshu’s strange condition led him into the Spirit Realm, where he confronted a killer attacking Deer Wilderness Village.
Chu Tianshu and his allies defeated Fanliang Land’s shamans, exposed Mirror Ape believers in reality, and began a canal project for Deer Wilderness Village. After returning home, Chu Tianshu crossed into the Republican-era world and joined Huo Ming’s operation against Chen Xuewen, opening a challenge at Chenjiagou.
Chu Tianshu captured Liu Xueya, confronted the plague god and Cao Family conspirators, and helped Luoyang recover from the prison plague. As he explored the Nanhua Origin Canon, Sun Feng'an arrived seeking an alliance, while Xu Laohu approached the city with a potential attack in view.
Chu Tianshu defeated the Cao Family’s allies and subdued the Pear God, the Ghost King, and the Five Rampancies’ power during the capital’s peace talks. After returning to the pharmacy, he learned that Lin Chucheng had reverted to childhood and traveled northwest, where he stopped Xiong Zhengsan’s rampage at a military training base.
Chu Tianshu uncovered the secret realm tied to Lin Chucheng’s lost memories, defeated the faction leaders seeking the elixir, and helped Lin recover enough to reach Taboo. After crossing into 2036, Chu Tianshu traveled with Chu Yannian to Jinling, where assassins targeted Yannian and Pan Ting began investigating the attack.
Chu Tianshu and his allies uncovered Southern Heaven’s schemes while pursuing the Forerunner of Ghosts and Gods. After Chu broke through to Taboo, he confronted Zhao Qinglang, and the battle escalated as Yu Nanfeng entered in her mechanical giant.
After defeating the wolf-headed swordsman, Chu Tianshu traveled to Busan to investigate the Seven Po Cave-Heaven and joined forces with rival souls to find the other contestants. The alliance collapsed into a battle that killed Liu Yan and Sect Leader Yeming, while Chu Tianshu set out to find Liu Yan’s Incense-Bearing Child.
Chu Tianshu defeated King Shouluo’s conspiracy in Busan, helped return Yungu to the northwest, and left to explore a new realm. There he studied Moon Refining, confronted demonic cultivators, began training disciples, and intervened in a clash over a girl claimed by the yellow-haired man.
Chu Tianshu defeated the forces behind the turmoil in Heze, then uncovered a new threat tied to his valley and the Purple Mansion Sect. Meanwhile, the Yellow Mountain Ancestor attempted to escape his confinement but found Zhang Tongxuan waiting.
Chu Tianshu defeated Zhang Tongxuan, returned home, and joined an observation mission to recover the trapped Grotto-Heaven ruins. In the Golden Triangle, he built a sorcerers’ trading market, repelled Samar’s attack, and learned where the Great Yu Dragon Stele was guarded.
Chu Tianshu dismantled the Golden Triangle’s Spirit Track scheme, then entered the Great Tang world and killed Zheng Tianchang while freeing Cheng Xin’s family. He began investigating the Mountain King Divine Drum and exchanged medicinal formulas with Su Xian for the Weapon Soul art.
Chu Tianshu reached Chang’an, killed four powerful clan leaders, and helped Hai Donglai prepare to hunt the locust-spreading Mountain King. During the Martial Exhibition of All Nations, Mountain King arrived and trapped Chu Tianshu in a hall as Mahalun waited to attack.
Chu Tianshu entered the Spirit Realm to investigate the thinning mist and uncovered Wangliang Divine Lord’s plan to exchange beings between worlds. After arranging an alliance and poisoning a gathering of clan leaders, he killed the Heavenly Official, then continued battling Yu Huangfen as his allies challenged the Earth Official.
