Meow Demon Hall
"Wow!" When Koki stepped into the Meow Demon Hall, he felt as if he had traveled into a cat fantasy world woven from countless beautiful dreams. The scene before him was dreamlike and breathtaking.
This Meow Demon Hall is a paradise that cat lovers dream of!
Looking around, everything is arranged around the theme of cats. On the walls, exquisite cat patterns are vivid and colorful, as if they might jump out of the walls at any moment; overhead, uniquely designed cat chandeliers emit a warm and soft light.
The carpet beneath your feet is as soft as a cloud, giving you the feeling of walking on clouds. Every step you take feels like stepping into a light dream.
What's most captivating are those adorable kittens with their myriad poses and endearing expressions.
Some of the little guys were quietly curled up in the corner, leisurely enjoying a warm sunbath; others were playfully chasing their own tails, their adorable appearance making people smile.
Koki was instantly captivated by the adorable kittens. He couldn't resist the temptation to pet them, and impatiently waved his cat toy, softly calling out, "Meow meow meow."
So, he eagerly picked up the cat toy, gently waved it, and softly called out, "Meow meow meow..."
"Haha, with this on, you won't need to speak cat language anymore." Minato smiled, and at the same time, he stretched out his finger and gently tapped the unique headband on the top of his head.
"That's certainly true."
"Alright, you'll have to complete the tasks from now on on your own. I won't be going with you."
"Don't worry, teacher! We've got you covered!" Koki replied confidently in a loud voice.
"In that case, let's get moving! The first thing we need to do is to gather all the relevant intelligence!" Koki immediately entered a state of complete focus on the mission.
"Hmm." The other two nodded in agreement; they naturally obeyed Koki's words without question.
In the blink of an eye, three agile figures sped away like lightning, disappearing without a trace in an instant, leaving Minato alone to leisurely tease the kitten in his arms, watching their receding figures, a gratified smile involuntarily appearing on his lips.
At this moment, Koki was sitting upright in a soft and comfortable chair, surrounded by a group of adorable kittens.
These little guys either lazily lay between his legs, comfortably sprawled beside him, or playfully chased and frolicked around his feet, creating quite a lively scene!
Koki gently stroked the cats' fluffy little heads, asking them for clues about the Ninja Cat.
As if understanding the meaning behind Koki's words, these adorable kittens simultaneously raised their pink and delicate paw pads and pointed to the right.
"Let's go!" Koki stood up quickly without hesitation and strode towards that direction with firm steps. Shisui and Hayate did not dare to delay for a moment and followed closely behind her like shadows.
And so, Koki, Shisui, and Hayate continued their search and inquiry within the mysterious and unpredictable Meow Demon Hall. Along the way, Koki was treated to a feast for the eyes, fully appreciating the diverse array of cats in this wondrous world.
Some cats are so small that they resemble exquisitely crafted works of art, inspiring an irresistible urge to gently hold and cherish them in one's hands; others are exceptionally large, towering over even Koki when standing upright, their imposing and majestic appearance truly astonishing and breathtaking.
After a long and arduous search, they finally obtained a crucial clue from a cat chef who was busy cooking delicious food at the stove.
The skilled cat chef was constantly stirring the fragrant and delicious food in the pot, while also enthusiastically pointing out the right way to continue.
When Koki followed the clues to the hiding place of the Ninja Cat, the scene before him almost made him burst out laughing.
The first thing you see is a cat lazily curled up on a soft sofa, surrounded by various canned fish and cat food, clearly the aftermath of a party.
The Ninja Cat's cheeks were flushed, clearly indicating that the effects of the alcohol had not yet worn off.
It waved its paws and roared indignantly, "I've had enough of this, meow! Those guys in the clan are always nagging me to get married."
"Pfft." Koki couldn't help but laugh out loud, "Looks like they came here following the mother cat."
"Yes, it seems so." Shisui nodded slightly, a hint of a smile in his eyes.
Koki slowly approached, a knowing smile spreading across his face, despite the cat's wary gaze. "Ah, what you said really resonates with me."
"Huh? Can humans understand the pain of being repeatedly rejected by a female cat they desire?" The Ninja Cat's eyes widened in astonishment.
Faced with the Ninja Cat's questioning, Koki wasn't angry. Instead, she took a small step forward and gently replied, "Don't say that. I completely understand how you feel."
After a moment of silence, Ninja Cat suddenly spoke up, "Oh, is that so? So nobody wants you either!"
"What did you say?!" Koki's face instantly turned bright red.
"Who's unwanted?" Just as he was about to retort, Shisui gently placed her hand on his shoulder, tenderly comforting him from behind.
"Hmph." Koki turned her head away haughtily and stepped aside.
He's so bad at talking, no wonder the mother cat doesn't want him!
Hayate smiled and patted Koki's hair. Then, he stepped forward and tried to communicate with the eccentric Ninja Cat.
Strangely enough, Hayate seemed to possess a peculiar affinity, and the human and the cat actually chatted happily together.
The Ninja Cat sat calmly, holding a wine glass, pouring out his sorrows to the Hayate.
"Come on, let's have a drink together." It handed over a glass.
Hayate took the cup and nodded slightly, agreeing with what the other person said, "Yes, they really know nothing about these things, completely failing to appreciate the unique charm of male cats. Especially this female cat, she simply has no taste whatsoever."
Just then, the Ninja Cat Ninja Cat, who had been pouring wine, suddenly stopped. A flash of barely concealed anger crossed its eyes, and it growled in a low voice, "You're not allowed to slander her!"
At the same time, its incredibly sharp claws lashed out like lightning, lunging towards the Hayate at astonishing speed.
The sudden attack caught Gale off Hayate, but fortunately, he was agile and quick-witted, leaping backward in time to barely avoid the fatal blow.
Seeing that Hayate was about to get injured, Koki's heart tightened, her brows furrowed, and she said worriedly, "It seems that this negotiation has completely failed!"
Without delay, the two of them turned around simultaneously and ran towards where the cat was.
"Maybe we should have been more decisive from the start and taken direct action to solve the problem," Koki thought to herself as she ran.
As he spoke, he forcefully threw the Kunai he was holding in his hand. In an instant, the Kunai shot out like an arrow, drawing a sharp arc in the air and flying straight toward the Ninja Cat.
The Ninja Cat nimbly dodged the attack; its movements were light and agile. "Three little devils! I'll play with you."
Having said that, it turned gracefully and disappeared from sight.
Koki, Shisui, and Hayate followed closely behind, constantly moving through the Meow Demon Hall, chasing after the nimble Ninja Cat.
The cats inside the palace were startled by the sudden chase and scattered in all directions, plunging the Meow Demon Hall into chaos.
Koki was focused solely on intercepting the mischievous Ninja Cat. With agile movements, he nimbly weaved between various cat decorations and obstacles, his eyes blazing as he closely followed the swift figure ahead.
However, just as he was about to turn a corner, a carefully disguised trap suddenly appeared at his feet. Fortunately, he reacted quickly and stopped in time, otherwise he would have already fallen into it in a sorry state.
"Wow, this one's got some skills!" Koki gritted her teeth, realizing how cunning this Ninja Cat was.
Upon seeing this, Shisui's eyes turned cold as he stared at the agile Ninja Cat before leaping onto the wall without hesitation.
He moved like a nimble cheetah, sprinting along the wall, relentlessly pursuing the Ninja Cat.
