Have to Eat Phrolova
"Um, second sister, I'm telling you, this is just a misunderstanding, do you believe me?"
Carlotta's face was dark. She glanced at Kexi, then at Phrolova, who was barely covered by the blanket on the bed. Her eyes were so cold that they seemed to frost over her.
"Misunderstanding? Do you think I'd believe that?"
Kexi chuckled twice, trying to ease the tension. "Second Sister, let me explain, things aren't really as you think—"
"It's one thing for you to play around outside, but you dare bring it home?" Carlotta interrupted him, her voice not loud, but every word was heavy. "Don't you think you're taking me too lightly?"
Kexi scratched his head and muttered under his breath, "I really don't take you seriously."
Carlotta's face instantly turned as black as the bottom of a pot. She pulled out her gun and pointed it directly at Phrolova.
"Hey, hey, hey! Second sister! I've always kept you in my heart!" Kexi was so frightened she almost jumped out of her skin.
Carlotta didn't even glance at him; her gaze passed over Kexi and landed on Phrolova.
The next second.
"Bang!"
The bullet leaves the barrel.
Phrolova's face paled for a moment. Her power was currently locked down by the suppressor, making her weaker than an ordinary person. At this distance, she had no ability to dodge at all.
Carlotta's face darkened. "Let go."
"I won't let go!"
Kexi lunged at her before she could fire, grabbing her wrists with both hands and desperately turning the gun towards the ceiling. The bullet struck the ceiling.
"Second Sister! You've gone too far! Let me explain!"
"I won't listen." Carlotta didn't even look at him. "That vixen must die today."
"Get out of the way!"
"No way!"
"Are you going to let me pass or not?!"
"No way!"
Kexi's temper flared up as well. He gripped Carlotta's wrist tightly, and the two remained locked in a stalemate, neither willing to back down.
"Carlotta! Can't you show me any respect?!" Kexi roared.
Carlotta paused. She turned to look at Kexi. In her eyes, besides anger, there was something deeper, as if she had been stabbed hard by some words.
"You actually yelled at me for some random woman?"
Kexi stubbornly refused to back down.
He's already had enough to be frustrated about today.
"Carlotta, you're interfering too much." His voice lowered, emphasizing each word. "From childhood to adulthood, you've interfered with my studies, you've interfered with my playtime, you've interfered with my spending. You've interfered with everything I do. I've had enough!"
Carlotta looked at him. After a few seconds, she slowly spoke, "Kexi, remember your place. You are the young master of the Montelli. Your energy should be focused on the Montelli, not—"
She raised her hand and pointed to Phrolova, who was lying on the bed wrapped in a blanket and with a pale face.
"Putting this on a vixen, she's wasting her time and energy on trivial pursuits."
"I didn't mess with her!" Kexi shouted back.
Carlotta stared at him intently.
"Then why was she in your room?"
"Appeared in your bed."
"She's not wearing anything!"
You were still holding her hands and flirting with her.
Answer me!!
(looking my eyes). jpg
"I..." Kexi's voice trailed off.
He couldn't say anything.
After all, it's really hard to explain.
He's like mud that's fallen into his pants; even if it's not shit, it's still shit.
"Can't say it, huh?"
Carlotta snorted coldly.
"I'll kill her right now."
Carlotta turned her gun back on Phrolova.
Without a second thought, Kexi stepped in front of Phrolova to block his path.
"If you want to kill her, kill me first."
Carlotta's finger stopped on the trigger.
She looked at Kexi, her expression shifting from anger to shock, and then from shock to something Kexi rarely saw on her face.
Do you know what you're saying?
"I know." Kexi didn't flinch, but instead straightened her back. "You're my sister, and you're telling me what to do for my own good. But not today. She's someone I brought back, and I won't let you touch her."
Carlotta stared at him for a long time.
"Are you serious?" Carlotta asked.
"Seriously."
Kexi said.
"If you dare touch her, I'll break ties with you!"
"You're going to break ties with me for this wild woman?" Carlotta seemed unable to believe what she was hearing.
"Not for her, but for myself."
Kexi's voice turned somber.
"I'm an adult now. I have the right to choose and the ability to act freely."
Please respect me.
The room fell silent.
Phrolova sat on the bed, wrapped in a blanket, watching Kexi's back.
She never imagined that someone would stand in her way.
This guy is a bastard, a bastard who's always lying.
Carlotta suddenly laughed. The sound was short and tired, as if all the anger from the whole day had been drained away in that instant.
She lowered her gun and took a step back.
"Kexi, you'll die at a woman's hands sooner or later."
You don't need to worry about it.
"You'd better not follow Coppola's path for some woman, or even if you're the younger brother I raised, I'll deal with you myself." Carlotta's words were cold, devoid of any familial warmth, but Kexi knew she was absolutely capable of it, because she was the one who personally sent her older brother, Coppola, away.
She turned and walked towards the door.
He paused at the door, didn't turn around, and simply said, "Tomorrow's my birthday party, lots of guests are coming, don't cause any trouble."
The footsteps faded into the distance.
The door was closed again.
Kexi let out a long breath, almost collapsing to the ground.
That damned Carlotta, she actually suppresses him with her bloodline.
He'll probably live in his sister's shadow for the rest of his life.
etc.
What if she wasn't his sister anymore?
Is there any way to do that?
He turned to look at Phrolova with a headache, only to find her staring at him with slightly reddened eyes.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Kexi felt a little uneasy under her gaze. "Are you moved by my masculinity?"
Phrolova didn't speak, but simply turned her face away. After a few seconds, she finally said, "You were being silly just now."
"I know." Kexi plopped down on the bed, leaned back, and stared at the ceiling. "My second sister, she'll shoot without warning. If I weren't a bit dim-witted, you'd be riddled with holes by now."
Phrolova looked down at his hand, which was wrapped in gauze, and then at Kexi's arm, which was lying on the bed. The light shone down on him, making him look both tired and relaxed.
"I won't thank you," she said.
"No need." Kexi sat up, flashing her that familiar nonchalant smile. "Because of you, I'm really angry right now. Shouldn't you try to calm me down?"
Phrolova grabbed a pillow and threw it at him. Kexi didn't dodge, and the pillow hit him squarely in the face.
He fell back onto the bed, still laughing, "Yes, that's it. Make it even fiercer, I like it exciting."
Phrolova looked at him, clenched his fist, but ultimately didn't throw a second punch.
Kexi rolled over and tackled her to the ground.
Phrolova has a very special constitution; her body has a very strong ability to repair itself.
Thanks to her Resonance Ability, her external injuries can automatically repair themselves within five minutes, and even if her organs are destroyed, they can grow back in fifteen to thirty minutes.
In other words, even if that membrane breaks...
In any case, Kexi couldn't stop.
This is terrible for Phrolova.
snore...
