Academy Admission and the Porto-Vino Incident

Carlotta first appears delivering Kexi’s admission notice to Star Torch Academy, explaining that Grandfather has decided he will attend. She presents it as an early birthday gift and takes visible pleasure in discovering his dread of school 1.

When Cantarella reports that Kexi is in her custody, Carlotta assumes kidnapping and storms Porto-Vino Castle with Zani, armed guards, and a cannon. Instead, she discovers his theft of Cantarella’s stocking and witnesses his forced kiss to activate King’s Plunder 3.

Despite her outrage, Carlotta stands between them when Cantarella demands his death. After bringing him home, she learns how his ability works, classifies its details, and warns that Cantarella’s compulsory weekly visits could give Fisalia leverage over Montelli 4 5 6.

Preparing Kexi to Defend Himself

Carlotta puts Kexi through intensive training and interrupts another compromising encounter at Porto-Vino Castle. She subsequently insists that he must not visit Cantarella alone 7 14.

A dispute over training escalates into a fight when Kexi asks to kiss her. He eventually reaches her lower-back Tacet Mark and synchronizes with her power without her permission. Zani enters afterward and photographs the disordered scene 14.

Carlotta then arranges for Zani to provide another source of Resonance Power, intending to improve Kexi’s chances during his next visit to Cantarella. When he later acknowledges genuine feelings for Zani, Carlotta tells him to treat her properly 15 17.

Christopher’s Script World

Within Christopher’s constructed scenario, a version of Carlotta receives Kexi at the Montelli estate, introduces him to the unfamiliar “eldest sister” Yaoyue, and accompanies him to break off his engagement. She rebukes him for giving his former fiancée an invitation to his upcoming wedding 49 50 51 52 53.

During the destruction of the scenario’s Montelli household, this Carlotta breaks Kexi’s restraints and stays behind against Christopher so Kexi and Cioccolata can escape with Aemeath’s body. Her sacrifice belongs to the script-world sequence, not a confirmed death of the Carlotta who appears afterward 58 63 64.

Recovery and Renewed Training

After hearing what happened in the script world, Carlotta promises to investigate who sent Kexi there. She appoints Selina to protect him and turns his determination to confront Christopher and the Fractsidus into motivation for harsher training 63 64.

After Christopher frames Kexi for stabbing Jinhsi, Carlotta rejects the accusation but faces pressure from Changli, the Order, and banquet guests. She promises an explanation within three days and secretly sends Brant to protect Kexi from arrest 142 143 147.

Luca uses the crisis to challenge her leadership and seek Kexi’s expulsion. Carlotta defends his place in the family and, upon learning that Jinhsi has awakened, obtains a postponement of the removal vote for no more than five days.
