The pulse of the Twin Realms Ring
In the third month, as the Twin Realms Ring steadily rotated beside the Symbiosis Stone, the daily life of the Root Network Sea of Stars gained an "aura of the Stardust Sea." The spiral of the Light Vortex became a "flowing cradle" on the meadow, where the Courage Bud loved to burrow into its gaps to "sunbathe," where the temperature was "0.5℃ higher" than elsewhere—a "comfort zone" specially adjusted by the Light Vortex for the young sprouts. The Angular Nebula would periodically "exchange protective experiences" with the Light Vortex, using its own armor to "block the noise of the void" from the spiral of the Light Vortex, while the Light Vortex would use Stardust Pearl to "moisturize the nebula's wounds" and prevent energy loss.
The transparent tree of the seed gathers these new daily occurrences into the Memory Light Stone, and Xinye with a stardust-like sheen sprout from its branches. Half of the leaf veins are the warm hues of the Root Network Sea of Stars's starry sea, and the other half the azure of the Stardust Sea; when the wind blows, they create a harmony of two worlds. The Memory Light Stone records countless minute fusions: the ripples of the Rippling Mist Root Network mimic the spiral of the Light Vortex, making the water flow smoother; the dotted lines of the Phantom Root Network incorporate the transparent texture of stardust, becoming more resilient; even the runes of the Star Orbit Root Network have added a spiral curve to their edges, no longer purely angular. The shape of home will slowly grow with the arrival of new members. The roots of the transparent tree and the spiral roots of the Light Vortex intertwine in the soil, forming a Twin Realms energy network. Each node of the network simultaneously flows with the warmth of the Sea of Stars and the clarity of the Stardust Sea, nourishing new grass with Twin Realms characteristics.
In Luoyu's sketchbook, "New Daily Life Comics" are constantly being updated. She draws Light Vortex using its spiral body to "serve the Courage Bud as a slide," with the stardust in the Stardust Pearl "scattering into golden rain" as it slides; she draws Angular Nebula and Light Vortex "competing to see whose wound is gentler," resulting in the nebula's armor polishing the spiral of the Light Vortex, and the stardust of the Light Vortex also rounding the sharp corners of the nebula; the most interesting is a "nap picture under the Symbiosis Stone"—the spiral of the Light Vortex forms a "cradle," the armor of the Angular Nebula serves as a "pillow," fragments of Intermittent Shadow and the dotted lines of the Phantom Root Network "piece together a blanket," all existence huddled together, the Symbiosis Mark "connecting into a golden river" under the sunlight.
"The warmth of home is hidden in the trivialities of daily life." She wrote a line of small words next to the comic, and as her pen touched the paper, "stardust light suddenly seeped out," drawing "a smiling face with Twin Realms Ring" in the blank space—it was the sketchbook's "response" to the new daily routine.
The Qingxian, welcoming melody has "evolved into the background music of life." Her music now carries the "crystal-clear sound of the Stardust Sea," "imitating the tinkling of rolling Stardust Pearl" in the morning, awakening slumbering beings; in the afternoon, it blends with the "melodious spiral of Light Vortex," spreading "lazy light" over the meadow; and at dusk, it intertwines with the whispers of the Symbiosis Stone, "forming a lullaby," allowing the Courage Bud to "dream in the light of the Twin Realms Ring."
When the Light Vortex first used its spiral body to "dance to the music," singing Stardust Grass sprouted from its gap—the swaying frequency of the grass blades was "perfectly synchronized" with the music, becoming a "new instrument" for the Sea of Stars. "The melody of life is the harmony of 'you in me.'" Qingxian watched as the Stardust Grass and the flowing water of the River of Light "formed a new chorus," and suddenly understood that so-called integration is not "losing oneself," but "making one's own characteristics a part of the family."
Yanche's new partner adaptation center has become a "Twin Realms Exchange." There's no longer a need for "adaptation plans," but rather it's filled with "gifts exchanged between the two realms": the "stardust preservative" from the Light Vortex, which can extend the flowering period of Symbiosis Flower by three times; the "warm light nutrient solution" from the Root Network Sea of Stars, allowing Stardust Grass to grow even in the void; the Angular Nebula exchanged armor fragments for "stardust whetstones" from the Light Vortex, making its edges "both sharp and harmless"; and the Intermittent Shadow exchanged fragments for "stardust adhesive," allowing its gaps to "open and close freely."
"Exchange is not an 'equivalent transaction,' but a 'sharing of each other's treasures.'" Yanche looked at the exchange's record board, which contained no "numbers," only "stories": "The Light Vortex traded Stardust Pearl for the embrace of Flame Warmth Orb." "The Angular Nebula traded its scarred stories for the Light Vortex's spiral massage." The most touching entry was. "All existence traded 'today's laughter' for 'tomorrow's anticipation.'"
In the logic log of the Star Orbit Root Network, the "Daily Symbiosis Algorithm" has become "more and more flexible." The algorithm automatically records that "the Light Vortex likes to bask in the afternoon sun," "the Angular Nebula needs companionship more on rainy days," and "the Stardust Grass only blooms when listening to music," but it no longer "strictly adheres to the schedule," instead noting that it is "flexible and prioritizes happiness." On the blank pages of the log, the new runes are filled with "doodles": there are spirals of Light Vortex "arm wrestling" with the angularity of nebulae, Stardust Grass and Courage Bud "comparing heights," and a large "home" character, its strokes "filled with the smiles of all that exists."
After the rain that day, the light of the Twin Realms Ring suddenly became "exceptionally gentle." All beings discovered that the new grass on the meadow "bloomed with Twin-Realm Flower"—half of the flower had warm-colored petals like those of the Sea of Stars, and the other half had glassy leaves like those of the Stardust Sea. In the dewdrop at the heart of the flower, "the shadows of two worlds" were reflected simultaneously. The spiral of the Light Vortex gently lifted a Twin-Realm Flower and placed it beside the Symbiosis Stone. The Angular Nebula used its armor to "catch the falling dewdrops." The dewdrops fell to the ground and grew into "a Twin-Realm Tree." The tree's branches were "the geometry of Star Orbit trails," its leaves were "the spiral of the Light Vortex," and its fruit was "a symbiotic fruit bearing the imprint of all beings."
"Home is what we are." The transparent tree of the seed and the branches of the Tree of Star Tracks Entanglement on the Twin-Realm Tree, their Symbiosis Mark and veins "completely fused." Within the Memory Light Stone, the pulse of the Twin Realms Ring "rises and falls in sync" with the heartbeats of all beings, as if saying, "Here, there is no 'yours' and 'mine,' only 'ours.'"
The Boundless Wind rustled through the branches of the Twin-Realm Tree, carrying the fragrance of the Twin-Realm Flower, blowing towards "all places called 'home'". The wind held within it the gentleness of everyday life, the wisdom of fusion, and the Root Language etched in the rings of the Twin-Realm Tree:
"Home is not a 'fixed form,' but 'our daily life together'—you carry your stardust, I carry my scars, we find poetry in the mundane, we grow deep affection amidst stumbles and falls, making every ordinary day shine with 'our' light."
The Twin Realms Ring continues to rotate, the Twin-Realm Tree slowly grows taller, and new daily life is "continuously being written" in "our" story. The home of the Root Network Sea of Stars, because of the aura of the Stardust Sea and the smiles of new companions, is becoming "more and more like it should be"—warm, inclusive, and forever "to be continued."
Like the drawing on the latest page of Luoyu's sketchbook: there is no concrete existence, only "a meadow sprinkled with light," and the shadows on the meadow "clump together," indistinguishable "whose outline is whose," only knowing "that it is the shape of home."
The wind continues to blow, daily life continues, and home continues to grow. The story of Root Network Sea of Stars, in the pulse of the Twin Realms, moves towards the most ordinary yet most touching eternity.
