• Ling Bai returned to Shrek, chose Ning Tian at Sea God's Fate, and met Ling Qiuxi, whose resemblance and older bone age suggested she was his elder sister.
• After completing Yan Shaozhe’s graduation mission with Feng Ling, Ling Bai joined Zhang Lexuan’s soul-hunting expedition into the Star Dou Great Forest with Ling Qiuxi and Huo Yuhao.
• The Dark Demon Evil God Tiger and other powerful soul beasts attacked the squad, and Ling Qiuxi summoned Di Tian, who subdued the beasts and confronted Ling Bai about his relationship with her.
• Ling Bai killed the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger and Soul Devouring Spider Emperor, collected multiple soul bones, and obtained the Azure Flame Red Lotus soul bone from Ten Thousand Demons King.
• Ling Bai helped form a Soul Master Competition team with Ning Tian, Ling Qiuxi, Wu Feng, Nana, Xie Huanyue, and Nanmen Yun'er, then accompanied Du Gu Lin to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.

Ling Bai strengthened his allies, rose to the brink of becoming a Titled Douluo, and led Angel Saint Hall through the Mingdu tournament while striking at the Holy Spirit Cult and the Body Sect. After defeating the Tang Sect in the semifinal, he learned from Angel God that a dangerous figure had come from the west.

• Ling Bai distributed immortal herbs and soul bones among his allies, helped Ling Luochen reach Ultimate Ice, and joined Jian Mu Douluo in hunting soul beasts for the team.
• Ling Bai killed the Radiant Light Wolf Emperor and the 400,000-year Chaos Wolf Emperor, absorbed the latter’s soul ring, and rose to Rank Eighty-Nine.
• Ling Bai and Ning Tian named their team Angel Saint Hall, then registered for the Mingdu tournament and exposed the Holy Spirit Cult’s alliance with the Sun Moon Empire.
• Angel Saint Hall defeated the Sky Dragon Sect, entered the tournament’s Group of Death, and later eliminated the Holy Spirit Cult after Ling Bai killed Yan Feng and several other Evil Soul Masters.

Ling Bai reclaimed the Angel Godhood, survived battles with the Holy Spirit Cult and the sea powers, and reached level ninety by forming a dual soul core. After killing Du Busi and exposing the Body Sect, he led its destruction and returned to Nine Treasures City, where Ye Guyi sought a private answer from him.

• Ling Bai and his allies defeated the Xishui Alliance, then were swept into Qiankun Asking Love Valley, where Ling Bai rejected Tang San’s demands and destroyed Tang San’s and Ning Rongrong’s divine soul avatars.
• Ling Bai emerged into the battle between the allied forces and the Holy Spirit Cult, killed Zhongli Wu and other Evil Soul Masters, and joined Ling Qiuxi to defeat Ye Xishui before a spatial storm carried them away.
• After Snow Empress rescued Ling Bai, he and Ling Qiuxi crossed the sea, defeated the Sea Devouring Evil Dragon Whale, and fought the Sea Princess’s forces with the help of Snow Empress and the Far North soul beasts.
• Ling Bai made the Sea Princess pledge to conquer sea regions for him, returned to Nine Treasures City, exchanged engagement rings with Ning Tian, and spent the night with Ning Tian and Wu Feng.
• Ling Bai reclaimed the shattered Angel Godhood from the Blood Red Nine-Headed Bat King and used the beast’s energy to form the Yin-Yang Complementary Dual Soul Core, reaching level ninety before killing it when it tried to take his body.

Ling Bai rescued captives, restored Ling Qiuxi’s stolen destiny, and forged an alliance between humans and soul beasts through Heaven-Bestowed Soul Rings. As the Sun Moon Empire’s invasions spread, he helped establish the Angel Empire and left the Star Luo campaign with Jing Hongchen agreeing to serve him.

• Ling Bai rescued Nan ShuiShui and the captives from Risheng City, defeated the Emperor Dragon Soul Tool Master Legion, and obtained Ten Thousand Year Mysterious Ice Marrow for Snow Empress and the Far North soul beasts.
• Tang Wutong and the Clear Sky Sect attacked the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect, but Ling Bai defeated the attackers, restored Ling Qiuxi’s stolen bloodline and destiny, and imprisoned Tang Wutong.
• Di Tian led a Beast Tide against Shrek, but Ling Bai halted the assault and persuaded the Star Dou soul beasts to support his plan for Heaven-Bestowed Soul Rings and his ascension to godhood.
