Amid a roar like a tsunami, Venerable Yufeng gave a soft shout. He formed a hand seal and chanted an incantation, and a tremendous gale came roaring in.

In Venerable Yufeng's hand, a blade formed of raging wind rapidly took shape.

Zhang Xuezhou watched the blade of wind in his hand grow increasingly white, giving off a cold, soul-snatching gleam like the Deer-Slaying Blade. A chill ran through him; he felt its power would be hard to withstand.

"He wants to cut off our heads!"

He pondered for less than two seconds before he understood Venerable Yufeng's intention.

If Venerable Yufeng wanted to kill them with a Technique Method, the one he had used to destroy the carriage would have sufficed.

Since he had gone to the trouble of forming a special Technique Method, he must have had a purpose for it.
