Yang Tian pursued Yun Yun, helped Little Fairy Doctor control her Woeful Poison Body, and defeated Gu He in an alchemy contest before heading into the desert with Qing Lin. He reunited with Gu Yue Na and Medusa in the Snake-People Tribe, where he began trying to save butterfly’s weakened soul.

• Yang Tian joined Yun Yun at the Yunlan Sect, where his cultivation room, alchemy, and advances brought him closer to Yun Yun and drew Nalan Yanran’s attention.
• Yang Tian left the sect for Green Mountain Town, met Little Fairy Doctor, and offered to help control her Woeful Poison Body after she became his maid.
• Yang Tian traveled to Wutan City, met Ya Fei, obtained the Tuo She Ancient Emperor Jade from Xiao Zhan, and stole the Heavenly Poison Pearl.
• Yang Tian gave Little Fairy Doctor the Heavenly Poison Pearl, then returned to the Yunlan Sect and defeated Gu He in an alchemy contest, securing Gu He’s service to the Pill Hall for ten years.
• Yang Tian advanced to Two-Star Dou Huang, directed Tang San and his companions toward Canaan Academy, and traveled to the Taklamakan Desert.

After advancing to Dou Zong and leaving Yunlan Sect, he joined Tang San and the Douluo Gang at Canaan Academy and prepared to lead an expedition to the Black-Corner Region.

• Yang Tian healed Butterfly and brought Medusa and Gu Yue Na into the Profound Yellow World, where Qing Lin began transforming beneath the World Tree.
• Medusa exposed the elders’ crimes, trapped them, and led the Snake-People Tribe to a new forest home as Yang Tian refined pills and Qing Lin awakened with new abilities.
• Yang Tian returned to Yunlan Sect, strengthened Yun Yun and Nalan Yanran, and entered seclusion, where the World Tree and his bloodlines helped him form the Dragon Phoenix Sacred Body.
