Maybe it's enough to repeat the same thing in circles?
"So... the city is this flashy," Tang Feng murmured to himself, his nose filled with all kinds of smells: the cumin fragrance from grilled-meat stalls, the cloying sweetness of cosmetics shops, the saltpeter smell from smithies, and a faint scent of blood drifting over from afar.
kinda weird that he's this surprised considering he's from earth
Good question. We checked the source: this chapter uses two different terms. Will calls the new runes "Origin Runes", while the system ability is [本源模因+], and 模因 is the Chinese word for meme. So "Primordial Meme" is the correct name for the skill, and every chapter that mentions it uses that name.
why is it calling it meme instead of primordial rune? Or is meme the correct translation
1 reply@geriatricvibes Good call, thanks. We compared with another source for this book and it uses Lu Chen at that spot, while ours had a different name there. Chapter 72 is fixed and retranslated, and it now reads Lu Chen throughout. No other chapter had the same slip.
@RandomLord compare with other sources for this to check if theres the same issue.
1likeThinking back to the person who had just been casually killed, that person had undoubtedly been a slave.
Another wizard civilization that would be better of destroyed
And here we go again.
Same answer as above: the source text itself uses that other name in this line, so it is not an error from our side.
Good catch. In this chapter the source text itself uses a different name for him in those two lines (Yun Mu), while the lines around them say Lu Chen, so it looks like a slip by the author. We translate what the source says, so the translation matches it and we have not changed it.
Just as Yun Mu entered a state of cultivation, something stirred in Gu Yue's room.
Is there an error in the texts? This should be Lu Chen?
3 repliesEarly the next morning, before the sky had fully brightened, Yun Mu was awakened by the noise outside.
Shouldn't this be Lu Chen?
1 replyQuite good and a new plot story hmm , it's interesting, looking forward to where the story would end
I really do like the prose interspersed between all the drama that ties everything together. This novel is definitely growing on me.
Checked this one. The copy of the chapter we used to have from its old source was corrupted: it had a different name in place of Michel, and the translation followed it. We fetched the chapter again from a clean source and retranslated it today, and that line now reads Michel. The name came from the source text, not the glossary.
Watching Li Yixin fretfully chew away at the Regent's Candy, Alexandra shot Joseph an accusing look. "You always tell me that big children shouldn't eat so much candy, yet you use candy to coax me."
In this give it check why it’s Li Yixin and not Michel.
1 replyYou were right, sections were missing. Our copy came from a site that had cut the book into uneven pages. We moved the novel to a fuller source: it now has all 196 chapters through to the ending, all translated, and the chapters we read across now follow on from each other. Chapter numbers have shifted, so this comment now sits on chapter 8.
Good catch, this wasn't Tang San. The original says "little monster", Dugu Bo's name for Su Chen, and our glossary had wrongly tied that word to Tang San. We fixed the glossary, and this line now reads correctly.

1likeGood catch to question it, but Age is the calendar Dragon Ball itself uses, so Age 765 is correct here.
