Through the Giant Tenseigan beside him, Otsutsuki Toneri clearly saw the sapphire-blue light rising from the Shinobi World.
"Was it the Hyuga Clan?"
"They actually removed their own clansmen's eyes and created a Tenseigan?"
Otsutsuki Toneri kept his eyes closed. He had been born without eyes, and the eyes he had originally set his sights on were Hyuga Hinata's. This was also why Hyuga Hiashi was so certain that Hinata would awaken the Tenseigan!
"If the Hyuga Clan has created a Tenseigan, and that Hyuga Princess awakens one of her own as well-"
Otsutsuki Toneri's feelings were complicated. If the Hyuga Clan truly had its own Tenseigan, and Hinata awakened her own on top of that, it would certainly not be good news for him!
But however conflicted Otsutsuki Toneri felt, he could not affect the Shinobi World.
At the Hyuga Old Residence, as more and more Ninja arrived, Hyuga Hiashi, who had been standing beside the sapphire-blue Tenseigan, began to move.
This Tenseigan, which contained nearly the entire Hyuga Clan, seemed to have formed some special connection with Hyuga Hiashi. Without him visibly doing much of anything, it simply floated behind him.
Before the Tenseigan had fully manifested, its shape had been somewhat irregular. After all, it was a product of fusion.
But now, the Tenseigan seemed to have become a giant sapphire. The sapphire-blue radiance swirling within it slowly spread over Hyuga Hiashi, wrapping him in pale blue light.
"Clan head, did it succeed?"
"I think I can faintly sense a familiar, powerful force right beside me?"
A Main Family Elder asked in a trembling voice. Though he could no longer see, he had contributed a part of himself to the Tenseigan's creation and could still vaguely sense it!
