Arc 9Absolute Justice in Kirigakure

Uchiha Chisen destroyed the Bloody Mist regime and forced Kirigakure to confront the powerful figures who had profited from it. Mei Terumi sought Genji’s backing to become the Fifth Mizukage, but the surviving ninja split into rival factions.

  • Tsunade blocked Jiraiya from taking Naruto to Mount Myōboku and announced that she would challenge Sarutobi Hiruzen in the coming Hokage election.
  • Uchiha Chisen and his companions fought Kirigakure’s Anbu, and Chisen defeated Karatachi Yagura and Isobu with his Perfect Susanoo.
  • Mei Terumi led Chisen into Kirigakure, where he killed prominent supporters of the Bloody Mist Policy and annihilated thousands of ninja who refused to abandon it.
  • Juzo Biwa killed Momochi Zabuza after Zabuza accepted that he had no reason to live, while Mei Terumi warned Chisen that profiteering merchants, nobles, and the Daimyo remained.
  • Chisen tasked Mei with enforcing Absolute Justice and sent Izumi, Juzo, and Kijiro to identify targets and sever the roots of evil.

Arc 11The Great Tenseigan

Uchiha Chisen defeated Hyuga Hiashi after the Hyuga Main Family sacrificed their clan to awaken the Great Tenseigan. Chisen absorbed its power as Black Zetsu withdrew, leaving Konoha’s leaders to examine the eye.

  • Uchiha Chisen and Pain fought, and Chisen drove the Akatsuki Organization to retreat after destroying most of the Six Paths.
  • Uchiha Obito attacked Uchiha Izumi and Kijiro, but Chisen’s arrival forced him to escape into the Kamui Dimension.
  • Black Zetsu recruited Yakushi Kabuto by offering to help him resurrect Yakushi Nonō through Uchiha Madara and Rinne Rebirth.
