The road from the spaceship to New City was bustling with traffic.

Under a cloudless sky, people wearing flying devices soared through the air, while massive aircraft hovered overhead, their sides flashing advertisements.

Seeing Hashirama Senju's wide-eyed, inexperienced look, the driver spoke with pride.
"I've been here before." Hashirama Senju looked at the scenery outside. "But it didn't look like this."
It really had not been like this before. It was as though the entire world had been replaced.
"Of course. It's been so many years. Back then, the Land of Shadow was still the Land of Rain, and the whole planet hadn't even been unified." The driver spoke as he drove. "If the Land of Shadow hadn't unified, who knows how many more years the wars would have lasted."

The man had Chakra fluctuations, but they were as weak as those of a Ninja Academy student. Hashirama knew that people at this level were generally civilians in the Land of Shadow.
