Courage
"This is Charlotte Agency."
"This is the place that accepts all commissions. Whatever you wish to know, you can issue your commission."
"Coulson, I believe you understand that all knowledge and intelligence are valuable."
Charlotte wanted to test whether the mission level would change when the commission involved extraordinary individuals or ninjas, and whether the other party would dare to offer some of their possessions for trade.
Coulson was visibly taken aback by Charlotte Doyle's words. What did that mean?
Paid consultation? Or an intelligence mission commission? What kind of operation is this? Are they just after all the money?
Even Natasha, who had been sitting silently to the side, looked at Charlotte with curiosity in her eyes.
Coulson coughed, then, after gathering his thoughts, said, "You mean, we can also place commissions here, whatever the task, including consultations on certain issues?"
Charlotte didn't hesitate for a moment, but said directly, "Yes, you can also issue commissioned tasks."
Upon hearing Charlotte's words, Coulson immediately perked up and said, "OK, in that case, I'd like to make an intelligence request. Would you accept it?"
Charlotte smiled and said, "Sure, but I must warn you, the commission fee can be quite high, and it varies depending on the specific task."
When Charlotte mentioned the high price, Coulson didn't seem to care. Did their department lack money?
Well, they are indeed short of funds, but they are short of large sums of money, hundreds of billions or even billions. As for the money for missions commissioned by Charlotte Agency, they have no shortage of such funds.
"Let's start with our first mission and see if you're really willing to take on any kind of mission."
Coulson pulled out a photograph of the Ninja Dog Pakkun and said, "I need to know everything about this pet dog, and what his purpose is in being with Tony Stark."
Charlotte looked at the photos Coulson showed her and read his words, and thought to herself with a smile: Sure enough, they're really nervous about Tony. But it's just that the Black Egg's character isn't the best!
"Okay, let's sign the mission agreement then!"
Charlotte then had a Umino Iruka bring over a blank Mission Scroll.
Not long after, Iruka came over with a blank Mission Scroll, placed it in front of Charlotte, and then left.
Having obtained the Mission Scroll, Charlotte didn't immediately begin writing the quest details. Instead, she looked at Coulson and said, "I can accept this quest, and I can even give you detailed information."
"However, before that, I need to address the issue of the commission."
Coulson nonchalantly replied, "Money is no problem!"
Charlotte smiled and then said, "Your mission involves the extraordinary, so the price isn't in money."
"For the mission fee, I need you to provide 3 Energy Block."
"Among the information on the pet dog in the photo is an Energy Block."
"The reason they appeared next to Tony Stark: two Energy Block."
"Energy Block? What are you talking about?" Coulson asked curiously, but he was utterly shocked.
Could it be that Charlotte Doyle knows about the Tesseract, or even that the Bureau is secretly producing Energy Block using the Tesseract?
Charlotte looked at Coulson, who seemed puzzled, and smiled, saying, "It's exactly what you're thinking. Your question involves the supernatural, and that's what the commission requires."
"Mr. Charlotte, I don't understand what you're talking about. Could you be more specific?"
Seeing Coulson still cryptic, Charlotte cut to the chase. "Energy Block produced by the Tesseract —do I need to spell it out?"
At this point, Coulson could no longer pretend. He knew Charlotte Doyle and the organization behind her, and they might actually know about this thing.
"I'm sorry, I can't make that decision myself. I need to contact my supervisor."
Charlotte shrugged, then gestured, "Go ahead!"
Coulson didn't hesitate and got up to leave; he was going to consult Nick Fury.
Natasha, who remained behind, stared at Charlotte Doyle with her large eyes, showing no intention of looking away.
Seeing the woman resting her chin on her arm and staring intently at her, Charlotte waved her hand in front of her face and said, "Madam, while I know I'm charming, is it appropriate for you, as a secret agent, to stare at me like that?"
Natasha smiled sweetly, then sat up straight and said, "I'm just curious, how did you, an assassin, manage to rise from the bottom to your current high position, and how did you gain the support of Hidden Leaf Village after you came of age?"
"Could it be that you're a child who ran away from their village, and were discovered by them after you grew up?"
Listening to Natasha's guess, Charlotte thought about it and felt that the other party's guess made some sense. At first glance, it made sense, but it was a pity that she guessed wrong.
Charlotte leaned back on the sofa and chuckled, "Are you going to tell me a story, Miss Agent?"
Natasha smiled and said, "If you don't mind, we can chat for a bit."
Charlotte shrugged, offering no refusal.

Meanwhile, Coulson had just stepped out of Charlotte Agency when Barton, who was hiding in the shadows, spotted Barton. Seeing that Coulson was alone, Barton immediately called out through his earpiece, "Coulson, Coulson, has something happened?"
Listening to the voice in his small earpiece, Coulson replied, "Nothing has changed, but there are some things I need to contact the Director about."
Once in his car and closed the door, Coulson immediately picked up the Satellite Phone and dialed Nick Fury.
After the call connected, Coulson recounted the latest intelligence, as well as the changes and demands from Charlotte's side.
On the other end of the phone, Nick Fury listened silently to his subordinate's report before speaking:
"Coulson, we can agree to his request, but we need more valuable intelligence."
"I'll send someone to deliver the Energy Block to you later, but you need to talk to them. We need more information, especially about the forces behind them."
"If they dare to sell, we dare to buy!"
Coulson was somewhat surprised to hear that his Director had agreed so readily. He thought to himself, "No wonder the other party is the Director. I'm just a lowly soldier. His decisiveness is truly different."
