Is Being a Mage Profitable?
On the other side.
In the underground Laboratory of the Seaside Villa, Tony was conducting new research. In addition to upgrading his Mark Armor, he had also been trying to upgrade the miniature Arc Reactor in his chest.
Without the armor, his Arc Reactor would last him for hundreds of years without needing replacement, and there would be no Palladium poisoning problem. However, once the armor is used and the Arc Reactor starts supplying power at high power, Palladium poisoning becomes unavoidable.
But taking off his armor was a matter far more serious than taking his life. He was the armor, and the armor was his life; no one could give up their own life.
Tony has conducted numerous elemental tests during this period, but so far none have been able to replace Palladium. Some elements have higher radiation levels than Palladium but offer vastly different power outputs, while others are pollution-free but fail to provide sufficient energy for the Mark Armor. In short, none have been successful.
Fortunately, many elements have not yet been tested, and Tony is confident that with his abilities, he will find a suitable element to replace Palladium before he dies.
Just as Tony was preparing to conduct the next elemental test, Jarvis's voice rang out. "Sir, there's been an update on Charlotte Doyle, whom you've been following."
Upon hearing Jarvis's words, Tony stopped what he was doing and said, "Play the information about Charlotte!"
Jarvis quickly broadcast Charlotte's press conference live on television. Tony, holding a bottle of Chlorophyll, sat on the sofa and watched the live news from Charlotte.
When Tony heard Charlotte announce that she was the God of Ninjas, Tony couldn't help but remark, "This guy actually used that name. Isn't he afraid of his elders coming after him?"
"If I consider myself a god, then shouldn't I be called the God of Steel?" Tony then shook his head; he still felt that the title Iron Man suited him better.

The press conference venue.
After Charlotte finished reciting her title, the reporters at the scene frantically pressed their camera shutters, while some speculated about the meaning behind Charlotte's words.
The God of Ninjas? Could it be that Charlotte was trained by someone from Japan?
How is that possible? How could there be such powerful energy there?
Coulson, standing on the periphery, looked thoughtful. What exactly did this title mean?
According to their intelligence, Charlotte is highly likely a proxy promoted by Hidden Leaf Village. Isn't she afraid of offending someone with such a name? Or is this Charlotte's dream...?
Charlotte had already turned around and was preparing to leave the press conference.
At this moment, a reporter, microphone in hand, loudly asked, "Mr. Charlotte, you are a major shareholder of Stark Industries. Does your strength come from Super Soldier Serum enhancement, like Captain America back then...?"
"According to my investigation, both corporations and the military have been researching Enhancement Serum in an attempt to recreate warriors like Captain America. Could it be that Stark Industries has already mastered a new Enhancement Serum...?"
Charlotte, who had already taken a few steps, suddenly stopped and turned to look at the crowd, saying, "I don't know whether Stark Industries conducted Super Soldier Serum research or whether they successfully developed it."
"If there are any results, please keep an eye on Stark Industries ' official news; the answer will be there."
After speaking, Charlotte ignored everyone and left the press conference, heading to the Rest Area by the side door.
Ginny and Pepper Potts arrived just as the press conference was about to end. Seeing Charlotte enter, Pepper Potts said, "Thank you very much for today's press conference. I believe Stark Industries ' stock will see a significant increase."
Charlotte smiled and then said, "I am also a shareholder of Stark Industries. As the company's stock appreciates, my wealth will also increase."
Ginny, standing nearby, asked curiously, "Is the company really researching Enhancement Serum?"
Upon hearing Ginny's question, Pepper Potts shook her head and said, "The company has never been involved in human enhancement; our previous research focused primarily on thermal weapons."
"Tony had always believed that only modern firearms would be the mainstream of future warfare, so he did not allow the company to carry out research in this area."
"And since Tony returned and shut down the International Weapons Division, there's been even less research in that area. The company's main focus now is on clean energy."
Hearing Pepper Potts ' words, Ginny nodded thoughtfully. Charlotte sat down on the sofa, looked at the whiskey in front of her, poured herself a glass, and then said, "Let's rest for a while, and go back after the reporters have mostly left."
"OK!"
After the press conference ended, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Coulson not go backstage to greet Charlotte, but instead turned and left the venue.

Charlotte Agency.
Meanwhile, Balthazar and Dave were in the Dining Area, having ordered a huge amount of food. Dave, looking at the table laden with food, asked in surprise, "It's just the two of us, what's all this?"
As he put food onto his plate, Balthazar said, "Ah, sorry."
"I haven't eaten for ten years!"
Hearing Balthazar's words, Dave looked at his teacher with some sympathy, then said, "Yes, yes, I can understand."
Dave then began to sample the food on the table. "Wow~ Teacher, this is delicious, you should try it."
Balthazar looked at Dave and then said, "I'm not your teacher, I'm your master."
He then found a portion of the food Dave had mentioned on his own side, forked a piece, put it in his mouth, chewed, and nodded in satisfaction. "The chef here is very skilled."
Dave also exclaimed, "Yes, Master."
"I think the chefs here are just as good as, if not better than, those in a five-star hotel."
"It's a good thing this place belongs to my senior brother, otherwise I couldn't afford to invite you to dine in a place of this caliber."
Seeing Dave's expression, Balthazar shook his head. For Mage, money was never a problem. He then said, "Once you graduate, you'll find that you'll never lack money again."
Dave asked in surprise, "Master, is being Mage very lucrative?"
Balthazar smiled and then said, "You'll find out later."
