The Nine Realms Rebellion Begins
After completing the transaction with Charlotte, Coulson escorted the Konoha version of the Physical Enhancement Serum back to the S.H.I.E.L.D.. base as soon as possible.
In just one day, the bridge in front of the Triskelion was temporarily laid out.
Coulson entered Nick Fury's office carrying a temperature-controlled Suitcase.
Looking at what Coulson was holding, Nick Fury asked:
What are you holding in your hand?
Coulson placed the Suitcase on Nick Fury's desk before speaking, "Physical Enhancement Serum comparable to Super Soldier Serum."
Nick Fury jumped to his feet, exclaiming, "What?"
"Ninjas have something like this?"
Coulson opened the Suitcase, revealing a completely red Super Soldier Serum inside.
"This was purchased from Charlotte. She said it was Physical Enhancement Serum from Konoha, with no side effects and similar effects to the original Super Soldier Serum."
Nick Fury looked at the items in front of him, pondered for a moment, and then said, "Immediately select personnel to test them. If they are correct, purchase them in large quantities immediately."
"How much does it cost?"
Nick Fury was very clear about the effects of the Super Soldier Serum. Although, statistically speaking, it still couldn't compare to a powerful ninja, it gave S.H.I.E.L.D. of the superhuman.
After purchasing more, the Science Team can conduct research, replicate, and even improve and enhance the product.
"Director, one dose of the Physical Enhancement Serum contains 200 Energy Block, and there's a purchase limit."
"As for the safety and quality of the product, I believe there are no problems based on this year of cooperation. Moreover, I suspect that this substance has already become widespread in the Ninja World, and perhaps the children of those ninjas have been injected with it since childhood."
"Moreover, I suspect that what we have may not be the best products. Just like the military sells weapons, what they always sell are outdated products."
Nick Fury stroked his chin, thought for a moment, and then said, "The truth is probably similar to what you guessed, but even so, we still need the Physical Enhancement Serum."
"We still have too little power at our disposal. We can't let go of anything that can enhance our strength."
"As for the price of two hundred pieces per piece, we can accept it. At worst, we can use up all the Energy Block in the warehouse and have the doctor produce some more while he is researching the Tesseract. It will just slow down the process a bit."
"As for limited sales, that would be even better. We'll consume as many as there are, and we absolutely won't let Physical Enhancement Serum fall into the wrong hands."
Hearing the Director's words, Coulson nodded, then continued, "I believe that it's not just Konoha that has Physical Enhancement Serum; the Sunagakure Puppet Shop should also have similar products."
"Otherwise, he wouldn't have mentioned during the conversation that this was the Konoha version of the Physical Enhancement Serum."
Nick Fury's eyes lit up, and he said, "Go ask at the Sunagakure Puppet Shop later if they have anything similar for sale."
"If you have any, buy them too."
Coulson nodded; he knew he would definitely need to make the trip again. He then reported the information he had obtained from Charlotte to the Director.
Nick Fury frowned slightly after listening and looked at Coulson, asking, "It seems the ninja village's organization is more complex than we imagined."
"We have a medical system, a ninja training system, and now we have an Anbu with authority similar to our S.H.I.E.L.D.."
"Are there other departments similar to the military, or similar to the police?"
"Perhaps there are more ninjas than we think."
"However, since they have enemies, it might be a better thing for us. A ninja village that isn't monolithic makes it easier for us to get what we want."
"Yes, Director, after all, S.H.I.E.L.D.. holds power in the ordinary world."
"They want to enter the world, they want what we have. This is our bargaining chip. If we can find other secluded ninja villages, we might be able to obtain more resources related to the extraordinary, or even methods for cultivating Chakra."
"Try to Var the missing-nin. Since there are so many ranks among the missing-nin, there must be a considerable number of them. Find a way to locate them."
As for Itachi Uchiha...
"Proceed according to the previous plan. We don't need to take direct action. After we find his information, just send it to Charlotte and let her men handle it."
"As for the four Physical Enhancement Serum, we'll buy them with Energy Block. As for capturing Itachi Uchiha, whoever wants to go can go."
Nick Fury clearly knew that two S-class missing-nin were not someone that S.H.I.E.L.D.. could simply send ninjas to surround and eliminate with some Energy Block.
"Yes, Director!"

On the other side.
Charlotte looked at the Energy Block and the two Mission Request Scroll in front of her, and casually submitted the Mission Request Scroll to the Task Gathering Hall.
Ding! Rank A mission completed! Rewards: 5000 Reputation Points, 500,000 Copper Coins, and a Exquisite Treasure Chest!
Having completed two A-level missions in a row, Charlotte hadn't expected the intelligence assessment to be so high this time.
As for the Energy Block left behind by Coulson, Charlotte used them all to recharge her account, contributing 81,000 Gold Coin, bringing her total Gold Coin count to over 100,000, reaching a staggering 130,000.
After doing all this, Charlotte was just about to go check on Tsunade when suddenly a circle of light appeared in front of her—a portal.
Upon seeing that it was a portal to Kamar-Taj, Charlotte knew that the Sorcerer Supreme must have something to discuss with her, so she stepped directly into the portal and arrived at Kamar-Taj.
Upon entering, Charlotte found herself on a platform atop a mountain, where the Ancient One, the Sorcerer Supreme, was standing and gazing into the distance.
"The Ancient One!"
The Ancient One did not turn to look at Charlotte, but continued to gaze at the distant scenery, speaking with her back to Charlotte:
"Charlotte, the rebellion of the Nine Realms has begun."
"Odin hopes you will go to Asgard as soon as possible to help Thor quell the rebellion."
When Charlotte heard Odin ask for his help in the early stages, Charlotte nodded. He knew he had already promised someone else and couldn't refuse.
He was also very interested in the contents of Odin's Vault, and then said, "I will set off for the Asgard in Queen of Asgard. I need to make some arrangements here in the next few days."
The Ancient One turned to Charlotte, her expression serious, and said, "To help Thor quell the rebellion, you must establish the reputation of Prime Merlinian."
"You are the first Prime Merlinian. A single punch can prevent a hundred more. As long as your achievements this time are impressive enough, other gods and demons will not easily come to invade Earth or the Magic World."
Seeing that the Ancient One had said this, Charlotte replied earnestly, "I understand, Ancient One!"
"Alright, go back and get ready."
Then, with Ancient One wave of her hand, the portal reappeared, and Charlotte immediately took her leave.
