Nick Fury began:

"He's just a Rogue Ninja; his strength must be quite impressive."

"The only thing we can't be sure of is whether this is his full strength, since the power that Barton forced out of his opponent was really limited."

"Hill, what's your opinion?"

When asked for his opinion by the Director, Hill looked at Yakushi Kabuto on the screen, thought for a moment, and then said:

"I believe that Yakushi Kabuto is definitely hiding some of his true strength."

"Yakushi Kabuto wasn't someone who suddenly gained supernatural abilities. He was a ninja living in a world of supernatural beings. According to our information, ninjas are a military unit within ninja villages, carrying out various missions such as protection, assassination, and intelligence gathering."

"In such an environment, even a Rogue Ninja, when joining a new organization, cannot reveal his full strength; he will definitely conceal his abilities appropriately."

"And although Barton's Explosive Arrow blasted the opponent away, it did not actually injure him."

Following Hill's instructions, the agent beside him quickly retrieved the footage of Barton attacking Yakushi Kabuto from the video by working on the computer.

"Slow down the video."

Hill paused here, and then began to talk about Barton.

"Hill, Sitwell, if either of you has any good overseers, you can recommend them as well."

After speaking, Nick Fury left the room and returned to his office.

Seeing the Director leave, Hill and Sitwell didn't linger and got up to leave one after the other.

Brooklyn - Sunagakure Puppet Shop.

Coulson, carrying two Suitcase, arrived at the store entrance. Seeing that there were no doormen, he figured that Sunagakure hadn't taken over any other forces here, and their manpower was still as limited as planned. He wondered just how difficult and costly it would be for Sunagakure ninjas to come to Earth.

Pushing open the door of the Puppet Shop, Coulson went inside, only to find an extra person at the service counter—not just Temari, but also another female ninja.

Upon seeing the other's face, Coulson immediately recalled the other's information: Pakura, a ninja from Sunagakure, whose first appearance was in the Nitta Enclave of Japan. Presumably, this was the location where she first descended.

I just don't know if that location is a temporary one like Yakushi Kabuto's, or if it's a place where the other party can reliably send people over.

Coulson walked up to the service counter, looked at the two people in front of him, and said:

"Temari, I need to purchase two Puppet dolls for intelligence gathering."

As he spoke, Coulson placed the Suitcase in his right hand on the service counter.

"This is the reward: one hundred Energy Block."

Looking at the Suitcase on the table, Temari smiled, opened Suitcase, glanced at the hundred Energy Block inside, confirmed the quantity was correct, closed the briefcase, and placed it on the service counter.

"No problem, same place as always."

As they spoke, Temari took out two Puppet and an hourglass from the display case behind her, glanced at Pakura beside her, and asked, "Sensei, would you like to join us?"

Pakura shook his head. "No, you should talk to him yourself."
