Nick Fury and Phil Coulson from S.H.I.E.L.D.. exchanged a glance; the surveillance system was installed incredibly well.

Unexpectedly, Charlotte Agency sold Ninjutsu, yet Nick Fury asked, "What is Ninjutsu?"

"And what about the levels of Ninjutsu? Do you know anything about that?"

Upon hearing his Director's words, Coulson replied, "Ninjutsu, it should refer to the special abilities of ninjas. However, we don't know anything about the levels of Ninjutsu, and we haven't consulted anyone about that before."

"We didn't even know that Charlotte Agency could sell Ninjutsu."

"After all, during previous communications, the other party was unwilling to cooperate with us. At that time, both sides wanted to send students for exchanges, but the other party did not agree."

"As for methods of Chakra training, they didn't mention a word about it, let alone any Ninjutsu that require Chakra to use."

Nick Fury thought for a moment and then said, "It can't be that this service is only available to ninjas, right?"

Upon hearing the Director's words, Coulson was taken aback for a moment, then realized that since they were all from the same place, this business might really only be targeting ninjas.

"We're going to Charlotte Agency for intelligence consultation to confirm Yakushi Kabuto's identity as Missing-nin. We can also ask if we can buy Ninjutsu then."

"That way we'll know whether this service is sold to everyone or only to ninjas."

Upon hearing Coulson's words, Nick Fury nodded, and the two continued listening to their conversation.

Upon hearing that Ninjutsu was for sale, Yakushi Kabuto immediately asked, "How much?"

Kakashi Hatake held up two fingers and said, "One D-rank Ninjutsu costs 200 Energy Block."

Upon hearing the price, Yakushi Kabuto thought of the 100 Energy Block he still had in his room and realized that he was still short 70, which was about two months' salary.

"Okay, once I've collected Energy Block, I'll make a deal with Charlotte Agency."

At this point, Yakushi Kabuto seemed to have thought of something and asked, "How much do you charge for intelligence requests or combat missions?"

Kakashi Hatake said, "For intelligence requests, the minimum is 50 Energy Block per question. For combat mission requests, the amount depends on the mission itself, with a minimum of 50 and no maximum limit."

Upon hearing Kakashi Hatake's explanation, Yakushi Kabuto knew exactly how to charge S.H.I.E.L.D..

His purchase of Ninja Tools and Ninjutsu was all for the purpose of delivering the Energy Block obtained from S.H.I.E.L.D.. to Lord Charlotte in a legitimate way.

Purchasing Ninja Tools and Ninjutsu is a very good way to both justify taking S.H.I.E.L.D..'s Energy Block and justify spending those Energy Block within S.H.I.E.L.D..

"Thank you, Mr. Kakashi Hatake. I have nothing else to attend to. Let's proceed with the Ninja Tools transaction now."

Kakashi Hatake nodded, then left the Reception Room, retrieved the Ninja Tools that Yakushi Kabuto had purchased from the storeroom, packed them up, and put them all into a Storage Scroll.

However, with the arrival of Naruto Shippuden: Tenten, they no longer lacked these storage and sealing scrolls.

Kakashi Hatake returned to the Reception Room with a Storage Scroll in his hand.

"I've packed all your Ninja Tools into Storage Scroll for you. These Storage Scroll are reusable, and each scroll only costs 10 Energy Block."

Looking at the Storage Scroll in Kakashi Hatake's hand, Yakushi Kabuto paused for a moment before saying, "I didn't expect Charlotte Agency to sell this. This is wonderful! I was worried about how I would fit all my stuff into my Ninja Tool Pouch."

Then Yakushi Kabuto took out 10 more Energy Block from his Suitcase, leaving him with only 20 of the 49 Energy Block he had brought with him.

Yakushi Kabuto the box, leaving the Energy Block he had given to Kakashi Hatake on the table. He then took the Storage Scroll from Kakashi Hatake, unwrapped it to check its contents, and sealed it back into the scroll.

"Thanks!"

"Payment received, welcome back next time!"

After watching Yakushi Kabuto leave with his Suitcase and Storage Scroll, Kakashi Hatake took out another Storage Scroll from his person and stored the 29 Energy Block on the table into it. Then, he took the Storage Scroll and left the meeting room.

Yakushi Kabuto left Charlotte Agency with his things. As soon as he stepped out of the Agency, he saw the Cadillac he had arrived in across the street.

After crossing the road, Yakushi Kabuto opened the car door, sat in the back seat, placed his Suitcase on the seat next to him, and put the Storage Scroll into his Ninja Tool Pouch.

"Let's go to the next place, the Sunagakure Puppet Shop!"

Upon hearing Yakushi Kabuto's instructions, the agent in charge of driving did not delay and started the vehicle, heading towards Brooklyn.

While Yakushi Kabuto was on his way to the Sunagakure Puppet Shop, Coulson was making notes in his notebook on Nick Fury's side.

The instructions cover Ninjutsu levels, Military Ration Pill, Storage Scroll, Energy Block, confirming Yakushi Kabuto Ninja World, and finding Teleportation Array.

Coulson was speculating that since Konoha could freely travel between the two worlds, Earth must also have a teleportation Formation, since it was bidirectional.

Coulson, however, recalled the magic circle that had appeared over New York earlier, and thought to himself that there was still no news about this group. At the same time, he was thinking about what Yakushi Kabuto had just said.

"Director, Yakushi Kabuto said he found the Teleportation Array in an ancient temple."

"Perhaps this is a direction we can explore. Our S.H.I.E.L.D. could also investigate ancient temples on Earth; maybe they'll contain similar Teleportation Array."

"After all, if people can come and go freely in Konoha, then there must be a two-way teleportation Formation on Earth as well. If people from the Ninja World can come to Earth, then people on Earth must also be able to teleport there through a similar Formation."

"Only once we find a similar Formation and enter the Ninja World will we be able to truly understand them."

Upon hearing Coulson's suggestion, Nick Fury nodded, then thought for a moment before saying, "Coulson, you make a good point."

"Formation are bidirectional. If Konoha can find the Formation, then there's no reason why we can't find it in our own base."

"I will arrange for some Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stationed outside to investigate those ancient temples and ruins, especially places with a strong historical atmosphere. Perhaps we will discover something there."

Hearing that the Director already had an idea, Coulson didn't say anything more. If such ruins really existed, with an organization as large as S.H.I.E.L.D.., they would always be able to find something special about them.

The two then continued to wait, hoping that Yakushi Kabuto would be able to obtain some different information from the two ninja villages he visited later.
