Arc 37The King of Hope

Ron turned the Necrontyr against Szarekh by promising them a restored future, while humanity and its allies drove the war toward the Sindu System. Ron’s forces reached the Throne of Dominion, where Szarekh prepared to confront him.

  • Tyberos captured Trazyn as Guilliman took command of the Indomitus Crusade and used Ron’s intelligence to coordinate the war against the Necrons.
  • Guilliman’s fleets allied with Sathum against the Silent King, while Dorn and the Imperium repelled Triarch Praetorian attacks on human worlds and the Webway.
  • The Voss Archon’s Savior Colossus destroyed a Necron fleet, after which Ron rallied his followers, attacked the Szarekhan Crownworld, and drew numerous factions into the war.

Arc 38The Silent King’s Fall

Ron defeated Szarekh with the help of allied fleets and forced the Chaos Gods back into the Warp. He made peace with the Necrons, announced Warp colonization, and sent Tyranid and Ork vanguards into the Warp.

  • Ron challenged Szarekh for the Necrontyr’s kingship, then used his many phaerakh allies to provoke a battle that drew the dynasties away from the Silent King.
  • Szarekh absorbed the authority of a C’tan Shard and became a godlike figure, but Ron and the allied fleets weakened him through a sustained assault.

  • Fadis grew envious of Ron’s blessings, while Tzeentch discovered the Warp colonization plan and plotted to turn Warp-dwelling humans against the Imperium.
  • Ron and the Primarchs launched the Warp Great Construction Project, sending thirteen savage planets into the Warp as the Chaos Gods gathered to oppose them.

  • The Emperor forgave Russ after beating him for his past insults, while Ron returned to the Sanctuary and studied a map of the Warp.
