Arc 41The Great Rift Offensive

Ron defeated the Blood God, then turned humanity’s attention to the approaching Great Devourer and accelerated preparations to conquer the Warp. After the Behemoth Project opened a vast reality rift, Imperial forces invaded Chaos domains, reaching Nurgle’s Garden as humanity tested a new sterilizing weapon.

  • Ordan joined the Grey Knights’ defense of the Warp rift as the Imperium drilled through the Blood Soil, and Ron led the Chaos Coalition into Khorne’s domain.
  • Ka'bandha and converted Bloodthirsters breached the Brass Fortress, while Ron defeated Khorne, seized his Authority of Slaughter, and left the Blood God’s domain ruined.
  • Ron learned that the Great Devourer’s tendrils could reach the Galaxy within three hundred years, then enlisted The Emperor to lead research and ordered the Imperium to accelerate Warp colonization and weapons development.
  • Ork calibrated the Twin Stars’ Void Engines as the Lord of Change tried to sabotage the Behemoth Project, and Ron’s forces drove off the Chaos Gods and activated the Reality Rift Generation System.
  • The rift split the Warp and opened Chaos domains to Imperial invasion, allowing Charadon to conquer Orkas’s realm and regions such as Vostroya and Sankara to pursue colonial projects.
  • Humanity’s forces advanced into Nurgle’s Garden, where Ron watched Archmagos Moss’s sterilizing agent sweep toward the Plague Army as Ku'gath and Rotigus prepared to defend Mud Swamp.

Arc 42The Savior’s Ascension

Ron conquered Nurgle and the Lord of Change, transformed their domains, and turned the Crystal Labyrinth into a vast library as the Imperium celebrated victory in the Warp. As Ron’s ascension brought him under the influence of Primordial Destruction, the Emperor rallied the Primarchs, Chaos Gods, and their forces to save him and the Galaxy.

  • Ron and the Imperium drove the Plague Army from Mud Swamp, where Bala and the Nature Spirits helped transform the land and build a network of Trees of Life around Nurgle’s domain.
  • Ron used the Nature Spirits’ growing forest to enter Nurgle’s Garden, weaken Nurgle, and purify the corrupted land as Imperial forces advanced.
  • Ron defeated Slaanesh and confronted Nurgle, who surrendered his authority after Ron purified him and assigned him and the surviving Great Unclean Ones to serve the Imperium.
  • Ron tracked the Lord of Change to the Crystal Labyrinth, accepted its surrender, and left it alive to gather knowledge for a public library.
  • Hermann von became trapped for centuries in a Chaos labyrinth while seeking forbidden knowledge, until he stepped onto a magnificent wool carpet.
  • The Emperor accepted the Warp as humanity’s future and began studying the Crystal Labyrinth’s knowledge while Ron continued absorbing authority and preparing for ascension.
  • Ron succumbed to Primordial Destruction and began preparing to reset the Galaxy and Warp, while his recorded message asked the Emperor to take charge and the Primarchs to kill him if necessary.
  • The Emperor rallied the Primarchs, elite Imperial forces, Chaos Gods, and Warp creatures for a crusade to rescue Ron and oppose Primordial Destruction.

Ron and the Secret Crusade defeated Primordial Destruction, restoring light to the Warp before turning toward the coming Tyranid threat. When the Human Federation faced annihilation, Ron led an Imperial rescue and began evacuating its worlds as the Great Devourer’s tendrils approached.

  • The Emperor launched the Secret Crusade under Guilliman’s coordination, and the fleet broke through the Veil to confront Primordial Destruction in the form of the Chaos Sun.
