Gu Yue is the Silver Dragon King in human form and the incarnation of the Dragon God's wisdom. Her failed transformation separated Na'er from her, leaving the two as divided halves. After spending most of her existence dormant and recovering, she came to human society; she later concluded that the Plane Consciousness had influenced that choice. 170 178

Leng Yaozhu accepted Gu Yue as a disciple of the East Sea Spirit Pagoda. When Gula became Leng Yaozhu's senior disciple, Gu Yue immediately challenged him, unwilling to accept that a human could surpass her talent. She was defeated in their virtual duel and reluctantly acknowledged him as Senior Brother. 146 147

After sensing the Sea God's divine mark within Tang Wulin, Gu Yue identified him as the vessel for the Golden Dragon King's Divine Core and concluded that he was part of a larger divine scheme. She resolved to enter Shrek Academy, strengthen herself, and eventually counter the Sea God's plans. 170
