A Lose-Lose Situation, Tozaki Yuu's Fury!

Just then, deafening explosions erupted.

Towering flames surged into the sky, accompanied by waves of agonized screams hidden within them.

Thanks to Nagai Kei's unrelenting efforts, the plane had indeed failed to crash into the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare building as Sato had intended.

But neither had it been dragged down by Nagai Kei and landed on the rooftop where he stood with minimal damage.

Instead, it veered wildly off course and crashed into the intersection beside the building.

There were still large numbers of civilians and reporters nearby who had not been evacuated in time.

The violent explosion swept up a fireball, forming a shockwave that expanded outward and tore through everything in its path.

Once again, people experienced the fragility of mortal flesh.

Those closer to the blast did not even have time to scream before they were torn to pieces.

Those farther away could not escape death either, and their fates were even worse. Flames scorched their bodies, filling them with unbearable agony.

He lay sprawled on the ground, his clothes soaked in blood, completely unconscious.

Before long, a squad of SAT members in combat gear entered the rooftop with guns in hand.

They immediately shot Nagai Kei dead where he lay.
