Background

Xia Jie, a former Boundary Guardian of the Chuyun Realm, discovered the Heaven-Stealing Cauldron in an Overseas World Heaven-Questioning Secret Realm. Although he refined it for many years, he never fully uncovered its capabilities. After suffering a devastating Divine Soul injury, Xia Jie voluntarily relinquished the artifact so it could continue to cultivate a future Life Witch capable of healing him. 741

The cauldron subsequently passed through numerous concealed owners. Yuan Ming is its thirteenth known master; Xia Jie deliberately erased traces of the artifact over the years to prevent its existence from becoming widely known. 741

Before Yuan Ming acquired it, the cauldron had fallen into the hands of Katu. Yuan Ming later found it embedded in a riverbed near Katu’s remains, where a rounded indentation in the reef still marked the artifact’s former resting place. 650 741

The cauldron is described as its creator’s final creation. Its creator’s corpse remains in the Demon Emperor’s Hall and can answer questions in exchange for Wish Power. 1017

The Heaven-Stealing Cauldron can emerge from a mark on Yuan Ming’s right arm. When deployed remotely, it can appear as a tiny hovering point of fire; during refinement, golden rune patterns surface across its body as protective restrictions. 265 305 356
