Lü Shenliang possessed an Innate Immortal Spiritual Root, which gave her exceptional compatibility with heaven-and-earth spiritual energy and unusually rapid absorption and refinement. She aspired to follow the older Profound Heaven Sect cultivators who fought for their sect’s survival and living rights. 20 25

When the Profound Heaven Sect accepted the outcome of the campaign against the Chaos Lands, Lü Shenliang openly objected, declaring, “I am not convinced!” Elders restrained her and forced her into secluded cultivation. 25

After reaching Golden Core, an accident left her Golden Core damaged and her divine soul severely injured. The sect isolated her on Lone Peak and barred her from the other peaks; Wang Li, then at the First Level of Qi Refining, chose to move there with her.
