Vegapunk and Suikazan Fuguki transformed the Sea Country’s forces, took control of Kirigakure, and merged the villages into Sea Ninja Village. As Vegapunk advanced his research and neighboring nations watched, the new village tested its strength in a war against Sunagakure.

• Vegapunk’s Sea Country forces grew into a powerful ninja village, prompting Kirigakure to send Suikazan Fuguki and Momochi Zabuza to investigate.
• Orochimaru and Vegapunk captured Fuguki, modified him with whale genes and a Quantum Brain Interface, and persuaded him to work with them.
• Nadare Rōga fought Zabuza, while Nico Robin later captured Zabuza and Kirigakure’s forces withdrew from Sea Country.
• Fuguki returned to Kirigakure with Vegapunk and Boa Hancock, exposed Karatachi Yagura’s Genjutsu control, and helped free him from Obito Uchiha’s influence.
• Karatachi Yagura made Fuguki the Fourth Mizukage, and Fuguki began easing the Bloody Mist Policy and bringing bloodline clans back into the village.

Pakura joined Vegapunk after Sunagakure betrayed her, then killed Rasa and took control of the village with Vegapunk’s backing. Vegapunk reshaped Sunagakure and the Wind Country with new technology, while his study of Sara and the Dragon Vein opened a new line of investigation.

• Pakura held off the Sea Ninja Village’s forces so her troops could retreat, while Vegapunk explained his Chakra experiments and the Kaguya Clan Leader received a Gene Modification Fluid.
• Sunagakure’s leaders agreed to make peace with Sea Ninja Village through installments, then poisoned Pakura and sent her away as compensation.
• Vegapunk examined Pakura, offered her a chance to take revenge on Rasa, and gave her Magnetic Release through a modification serum.
• Pakura combined Scorch Release and Magnetic Release, killed Rasa and his remaining guards, then agreed to help Vegapunk take control of Sunagakure.
• Vegapunk used the Atomic Fission Cannon to devastate Sunagakure, and Pakura defeated its remaining leaders before declaring herself Acting Kazekage with Chiyo and Ebizo’s support.

Vegapunk unsealed the Dragon Vein, used the Infinite Tsukuyomi to study the Ninja World and Kaguya, and returned with Kaguya’s power sealed inside Hancock. As the Sea Country Alliance expanded, Vegapunk defeated Obito, recruited him for a time-travel experiment, and prepared to visit Konohagakure for Kakashi’s Sharingan while Danzo pushed Konoha toward conflict.

• Vegapunk unsealed the Dragon Vein with Sara’s help, but the Infinite Tsukuyomi trapped them and awakened the God Tree.
• Vegapunk resisted the Genjutsu, explored its dream world to gather knowledge, and took control of Kaguya Otsutsuki’s body during her battle with Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.
• After Kaguya defeated the ninjas, Vegapunk drained humanity’s Chakra, sealed her body, and transformed her power into Chakra that he sealed inside Hancock.
• Vegapunk and Hancock returned to Rōran, built a new Laboratory, and expanded teleportation research as Sunagakure and Sea Country grew stronger.
• Obito Uchiha and Black Zetsu infiltrated Vegapunk’s base, where WarGreymon and Hancock defeated them and delivered them to Vegapunk.
• Vegapunk revealed he had read Obito’s memories and offered him a chance to make up for the past by serving as the first subject in an independent world-travel experiment.
