Vegapunk stirred conflict among the Ninja Villages while advancing technology, modifying Hiruzen and Hancock, and sending Obito into the past. After discovering the Otsutsuki threat on the moon, Vegapunk strengthened Hancock and began taking control of Nagato and the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.

• Danzo planned to obtain Vegapunk’s technological knowledge by having the Yamanaka Clan read his memories, while Vegapunk brought modified ninja to Konoha and Root’s attack on his inn ended in heavy losses.
• Vegapunk’s clone helped Kumogakure advance its technology, but a joint Iwagakure and Konoha ambush led to a battle in which Ōnoki killed Darui and the Fourth Raikage declared war on both villages.
• Obito Uchiha used Vegapunk’s space-time gate to travel to the past, where he learned the Kannabi Bridge Battle had not yet taken place.
• With Kumogakure’s forces threatening Konoha, Vegapunk modified Hiruzen, who used gravity and anti-gravity to defeat the Fourth Raikage and force him to retreat.
• Vegapunk opened a passage to the moon, where Hancock petrified Otsutsuki attackers and Toneri, and Vegapunk claimed the Great Tenseigan.
• Vegapunk empowered Hancock with the Great Tenseigan, then began secretly expanding his influence and planning to control the Akatsuki and seize the Tailed Beasts.
• Vegapunk captured Nagato, had Yakushi Nonō implant a remote-control Chip, injected him with Senju and Uchiha genes, and sealed the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path inside him.

Nagato’s assault on the Ninja World ended with his death and Kaguya Otsutsuki’s return, while Vegapunk gathered power and built a shared Chakra Network. After the Infinite Tsukuyomi exposed people to painful dreams, Vegapunk opened the network to Ninja across the world, leaving Konoha to decide whether to join.

• Nagato invaded Konohagakure, captured Naruto, and slaughtered its defenders before taking several Tailed Beasts and provoking a joint Kumogakure and Iwagakure attack.
• Nagato defeated the allied forces, prompting the villages to call a Five Kage Summit, where Tsunade became Fifth Hokage and joined the meeting in the Land of Iron.
• Nagato attacked the summit and was killed by Vegapunk’s units, but his corpse transformed into Kaguya Otsutsuki, who fought Hancock for seven days before Hancock sealed her.
• Vegapunk and his allies killed Madara Uchiha, captured Black Zetsu, and gathered Tailed Beasts before fusing Kaguya with her counterpart and traveling to the moon.
• Vegapunk used the Giant Tenseigan to create a shared dream world and developed a Sealing Technique that let people connect to the Chakra Network.
• Obito Uchiha used a customized Limited Tsukuyomi to awaken young Obito’s Three-Tomoe Sharingan, while the wider Infinite Tsukuyomi left many people distressed and some Uchiha awakened Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Vegapunk admitted to Minato Namikaze that he had created the Infinite Tsukuyomi Chakra Network, and Hancock temporarily petrified Minato, young Obito, and Kushina before Vegapunk’s group departed.
• Vegapunk opened the Chakra Network to Konoha’s Ninja, and Kakashi quickly learned several techniques there, leading the Third Hokage to lift the village’s ban.

Vegapunk returned to the Pirate World, captured Kozuki Hiyori, and launched an assault on the Beasts Pirates to seize their Sea Stone. After Kaido was defeated and taken for experiments, Vegapunk expanded his forces and weaponry.

• Nagato accepted control of the Chakra Illusion Network after Vegapunk healed him, and Vegapunk later launched the network across the Ninja World before returning to Dream Star with Hancock and Nico Robin.
• Vegapunk discovered that Kozuki Hiyori had defected with the Imitation Soul-Soul Fruit, captured her, and made her an experimental subject on Dream Star.
• Vegapunk sent Stussy to seize the Beasts Pirates’ Sea Stone, while Kozuki Hiyori joined the expedition to Wano Country and received control of ten thousand combat robots.
• King defeated Ace and imprisoned him with Yamato, while Queen infected Tama and threatened the prisoners with his virus.
• Vegapunk and Kozuki Hiyori rescued the prisoners, cured Tama, freed Yamato, and weakened the Beasts Pirates by activating a Sea Stone Factor array across Wano Country.
• Vegapunk captured Kaido, King, and the Beasts Pirates’ Devil Fruit users, while Kozuki Hiyori overthrew Kurozumi Orochi and restored the Kozuki family to power.
• Vegapunk sent WarGreymon to exhaust Kaido, then had Yamato knock Kaido unconscious and ordered him taken to Laboratory 15 for cloning experiments.
• Over the following months, Vegapunk integrated the Beasts Pirates and expanded his forces with cloned Kaido flesh and new Sea Stone weapons.

Vegapunk brought the Charlotte Pirates and Dressrosa’s survivors under his control, then captured Kizaru, Doflamingo, and Caesar while strengthening Yamato and Luffy. He recruited Nami, Baccarat, and Carina as Umbrella Corporation set its sights on Gran Tesoro, where Baccarat’s wager against a disguised Vegapunk reached its final duel.

• Vegapunk lured Charlotte Linlin to Wano Country, where Hancock defeated her and the Charlotte Pirates surrendered to Vegapunk.
• Linlin fell into Dressrosa, and Vegapunk captured Kizaru, subdued Linlin again, rescued King Riku, and took control of the Donquixote Family and Caesar.
• Vegapunk experimented on Yamato with Kaido’s Azure Dragon Fruit, then made Yamato obedient and prepared to seek out Luffy.
• Vegapunk recruited Nami into Umbrella Corporation and took Luffy aboard, where he strengthened Luffy and awakened his Nika Fruit before sending him on his journey.
• Vegapunk found Baccarat in Gran Tesoro and helped her awaken her Luck-Luck Fruit, while Carina joined his group and Hancock warned her not to insult him.
• Baccarat won vast sums from Gran Tesoro, and Vegapunk intervened when Saint Kamael tried to harm her, using Sugar and Charlotte Brulee to turn the entourage into toys and alter their memories.
• Vegapunk defeated Tesoro and impersonated him, then wagered Gran Tesoro and himself against Baccarat, who accepted a duel and called Vegapunk into the arena.
