Tang Wulin initially hoped to awaken any powerful Martial Soul except Blue Silver Grass. His disappointment was immediate when Blue Silver Grass became his first awakened Martial Soul, though he retained a belief that a dragon might exist within him because of recurring dreams of a giant dragon. 2 18 37

He received a hundred-year Mandala Snake Soul Spirit and became a Rank 12 Soul Master. His Blue Silver Grass developed unusually sharp tips and could pierce an earth-wall defense with Entangle, allowing him to become Class Five’s class monitor. 9 23

Although classmates initially dismissed his Blue Silver Grass, Tang Wulin’s exceptional physical strength and blacksmithing distinguished him. He entered Class One after demonstrating a whip-style application of Blue Silver Grass and defeating Xie Xie despite their six-rank cultivation gap. 24 34 35
