"We've already sent people to investigate,"
Sto bent down, picked up a stack of documents from the side, and handed them to Solin. "It should be the ruins left behind by a cult. No one has been active inside for a long time; only some residual contamination remains.
"We found traces of battle within the ruins. The Bureau's forensic experts believe that this cult once fought a fierce battle against some hostile organization. In the end, the cult lost, and the ruins were abandoned."
"About how long ago were they abandoned?"
Solin took the documents and asked softly.
"Based on the trace analysis, it should have been more than thirty years ago,"
Sto replied slowly. "The Evil God worshipped by this cult seems rather obscure, and the ruins are badly damaged. We haven't identified the corresponding divine name yet, but the contamination left behind by this Evil God is extremely strong and dissipates slowly.
"Even after all these years, the
