"Do you think they'll agree?"

"Didn't Moody say they needed to discuss it first?"

"Discuss it? Fine, the efficiency here is still as abysmal as ever."

After receiving the reply that they needed to discuss it before giving an answer, Fred could not help but complain.

"It can't be helped. Low efficiency is the norm; being as efficient as the Defense Association is what's abnormal. Haven't you heard Truman and Cedric complain about the Ministry of Magic's efficiency before? It's so slow it could probably drive you mad with impatience."

George was not particularly surprised. In the end, the Defense Association was so efficient largely because Albert made all the decisions himself. When dealing with Death Eaters, there was no need for too many concerns either, which was why the Association could operate so effectively.

"Of course I know that, but when facing Death Eaters, isn't our greatest advantage our efficient action? We can always catch them off guard before they react."

In Fred and George's view, there was no need to worry too much about this. If they were truly going to run into serious trouble, Albert certainly would not allow them to recklessly risk their lives.

While Voldemort was away from England, the Death Eaters posed little threat to them. Besides, with the Order of the Phoenix involved, even if the two sides did meet, those Dark Wizards would likely turn around and flee.
