"No! We go to the Department of Mysteries first!" Professor Snape shook his head. "Has grass sprouted out of your brain just because the exams are over?"
"Barty Crouch Jr. was guarding this place and tried to lure us away. That can only mean one thing! That is... someone has already broken into the Department of Mysteries!"
Vizet frowned, following Professor Snape's line of reasoning as he voiced his own guess. "What if the person who broke into the Department of Mysteries is Barty Crouch Jr.'s master, Voldemort?"
He glanced toward the Department of Mysteries. "Rather than rashly going in and facing Voldemort head-on... I think notifying Headmaster Dumbledore would be the wiser choice."
"The Dark Lord would never put himself at risk..." Professor Snape said coldly. "At least not before his goal is achieved. He would never show himself personally. Otherwise, Barty Crouch Jr. would not be the one guarding this place!"
"Since Barty Crouch Jr. appeared here..." He cast a glance at the unconscious Barty Crouch Jr. "...it can only mean that the Dark Lord arranged for someone else to infiltrate the Department of Mysteries."
"I lived through that era. I know very well what kind of person the Dark Lord is." His voice dropped even lower. "Vizet, do not think the Dark Lord is a fool just because of a few fortunate victories."
"Understood!" Vizet nodded. "Professor Snape, then let's go to the Department of Mysteries first!"
"Good!" Professor Snape said no more and quickened his pace toward the door of the Department of Mysteries.
Vizet did not follow immediately. He raised his Wand at Barty Crouch Jr. and cast several more spells before getting up to follow Professor Snape.
The two vanished through the door to the Department of Mysteries, one after the other.
