"You're saying they can field and mass-produce troops better than the Ultramarines? You're saying their Forge World output is higher than Mars'? They possess all sorts of sacred STCs? They've even mastered long-range travel technology that doesn't require the Warp?"

"Alright, in the name of the Great God-Emperor, the Imperium of Man, and Holy Terra, I hereby grant the Golden Rogue Trader Gao Yi and his affiliated planet special tax exemption status, and bestow upon him the title of Sun Lord."
