Background

Ninti was produced through genetic adjustments based on Welt Joyce, the original Herrscher of Reason. She retained fragments of Joyce's memories, including familiarity with Tesla, Einstein, and the name “Joachim,” but initially could not distinguish those memories from her own identity. Einstein stressed that Ninti was not Joyce and should be treated as an innocent child in need of guidance. 30 58

Cocolia took Ninti from the laboratory and became her mother figure. Ninti was also linked to the Anqi collective's accumulated wisdom, though this connection did not prevent her from struggling with ordinary social expectations, such as An's demand that she learn housework. 19 39

Her first major independent desire was to contact Chiyou, whose voice she alone could hear. Rather than treating the Honkai Beast solely as an enemy, Ninti befriended it, taught it simple concepts such as stars and rainbows, and convinced it to stop its destructive mission. 55 61 65
