"Stop it!" Lin Yingbin and Ryuu Mufei saw that the situation was turning bad and immediately moved to stop Ryuseki's subsequent actions.
Lin Yingbin rushed up and grabbed hold of Ryuseki, only to discover that Ryuseki's body temperature was bizarrely high, so high that Lin Yingbin actually had the sensation of his skin being scalded. Ryuu Mufei at the side also hurriedly used psychokinesis to restrain Ryuseki.
"What are you guys doing? Let me go already, the enemy is right there!" Ryuseki shouted at the two people blocking him, his body constantly struggling.
"Enemy? What enemy? There is no enemy here at all." Lin Yingbin grabbed onto Ryuseki for dear life, and though he could feel the blistering heat radiating from Ryuseki's body, he still desperately held on without letting go. For he knew that once he let go, Ryuseki would charge madly right up to that bounty hunter, and that bounty hunter would show no mercy. Ryuseki grew frantic as well, reaching out to grab a handful of Lin Yingbin's hair and pulling hard, causing Lin Yingbin to lose his balance and crash to the ground. Even as he spoke, Ryuseki pointed his other finger at Slumber and demanded, "None? Then who is he?"
His psychokinesis actually failed to bind him? This was Ryuu Mufei's first reaction, and with no time to be shocked, he hurriedly increased his energy output.

Ryuseki broke free from the two men's restraints and charged straight toward Slumber.

She did not know what had happened to Ryuseki, only hearing the words just spoken by that bounty hunter—that Ryuseki would die if he kept going like this—which made her extremely worried. Yet she could only worry anxiously and do nothing at all; seeing that Lin Yingbin and Ryuu Mufei could not stop him, she could no longer hold back. Even though there was nothing she could do, she still wanted to try and stop him.
"Stop right now, you'll die like this, Ryuseki!!!"
"I refuse, I must kill him." Ryuseki looked as if he had lost his mind, his entire person appearing terrifying beyond measure. The slogan of merely wanting to defeat him had somehow transformed into a desire to kill him at this moment.
"Why do you hate me so much?" Slumber asked while dodging Ryuseki's attacks.
"Because, I loathe you."

Seeing Meisha charge over, Lin Yingbin hurried forward to stop her, for he had used his own flesh and blood to block Ryuseki just a moment ago, only to be scalded by his exceptionally high temperature. If he was already in such a state, how could Meisha's frail body possibly withstand it? He ran forward and knocked Meisha unconscious.
However, this move instantly set Ryuseki off. How could someone in his state understand so much? He only saw Lin Yingbin knock Meisha out without knowing that this was to protect her. Devoid even of the capacity for rational thought, the current Ryuseki charged straight toward Lin Yingbin.

"Have you caused enough of a ruckus?" At this moment, Slumber stood before Ryuseki and asked.
"Shut up, you guys, I won't let you off." Ryuseki roared at the three of them, then flipped himself over and stood up.
"Take a good look, these are your friends that you brought along!" Slumber answered with indignation. "All of this is a mistake brought about entirely by your own willful obstinacy."
"It's you, you're the one who brainwashed them. You... ugh~ pfft~" Even as he spoke, Ryuseki once again spewed a large mouthful of fresh blood from his mouth, the volume of blood seeping from his skin growing ever greater. By now, the capillaries inside Ryuseki's body had begun to rupture, and his previously black-red skin slowly grew deathly pale.
"He really is too reckless, this kid." Slumber muttered silently. Although he had not sustained any injuries, seeing Ryuseki in this state could not help but make him break out in a cold sweat. Suddenly, his body gave a shudder, feeling that something was amiss. Though it was only for the slightest fraction of a moment, he knew very well that it was definitely not a sign of injury, but rather something else entirely.
Meanwhile, Ryuseki suddenly felt his legs grow weak, and trembling to the point that they could no longer support his entire physique, he collapsed limply to the ground.
