Saintess and Failed Elopement

Qian Xunji discovered Bibi Dong as a talented girl from a village plagued by Evil Soul Masters and accepted her as his disciple. Her upbringing within Spirit Hall was sheltered: most people treated her with the distance due to a Saintess, while Yu Xiaogang became her first romantic attachment 1 16.

Bibi Dong accepted Yu Xiaogang’s confession at a lantern festival and later proposed leaving Spirit Hall with him. Qian Xunji prevented their elopement, sexually assaulted her, imprisoned her, and forced her to carry Qian Renxue by threatening Yu Xiaogang’s life. Her subsequent breakup with Yu Xiaogang occurred under Qian Xunji’s supervision 1 24 235 236.

Failed Assassination and Continued Captivity

When Qian Xunji was severely injured by Tang Hao, Bibi Dong administered medicine that sealed his Soul Power rather than killing him outright. She intended to take revenge personally. However, the transmigrator occupying Qian Xunji’s body acquired a much stronger Martial Soul and defeated her attempt 1 2 4.

Qian Xunji prevented her attempted self-destruction and continued controlling her through threats against Yu Xiaogang. Her hatred, fear, and humiliation became resources for his Emotion Point system, making her one of his principal early collection targets 4 5 16.

Bibi Dong initially regarded Liu Erlong, later called Yu Erlong, as a rival for Yu Xiaogang. Their shared captivity led her to propose cooperation: wait for an opportunity to kill Qian Xunji, escape his control, and protect Yu Xiaogang 37 40.

She secretly cultivated to level 90, then accepted Qian Xunji’s assistance in obtaining powerful rings without abandoning her revenge. More than twenty years after their separation, Yu Xiaogang returned to Spirit City and requested Bibi Dong’s research on Twin Martial Souls and exceeding Soul Ring age limits. Alliance with Qian Xunji

Bibi Dong’s relationship with Qian Xunji subsequently shifted toward attraction and strategic trust. He implanted memories of the original Douluo Continent storyline into her mind, revealing a different future in which she became Pope, Spirit Hall fell, and Tang San destroyed her and Qian Renxue’s prospects 240.

These were implanted memories of an alternate storyline, not events she had personally lived through in the novel’s current timeline.
