"Fair competition?!"
Jiraiya stammered, feeling that he did not stand a chance at all.
Naruto could do nothing about that. This was a love affair between the three of them, and it was not his place to interfere. So he said, "Jiraiya-sensei, hurry up and pack. We're heading back soon."
Without waiting for Jiraiya to speak, Naruto left Jiraiya's room.
As soon as Tsunade came out, she saw Shizune talking with Sakura outside Sakura's door. Tsunade said to Shizune, "Shizune, hurry up and pack. We're going back to Konoha."
"Sensei, you mean we're returning to Konoha?" Shizune's heart leaped with joy, but afraid she had misheard, she looked at Tsunade for confirmation.
Tsunade nodded. "Hurry up. Stop dawdling."
With that, Tsunade returned to her room.
"Shizune-senpai, see? I told you Naruto would find a way. Hurry and pack up. We're going back to Konoha together." Sakura was delighted too. Tsunade returning to Konoha meant she would not have to be separated from Sasuke-kun.
"Mhm, mhm, that's great! I'll go pack right away." Holding Tonton, Shizune ran toward her room. In truth, she did not have much to pack. Aside from medical supplies, she only had a pig.
That pig was the most valuable thing she owned.
Soon, everyone had packed their belongings. After Naruto checked out of the hotel, the group set off for Konoha.
On the way back, Jiraiya continued talking to Naruto about Dan. He was not complaining. He hoped Dan could be revived too; he just felt that he could not compete with Dan.
Naruto listened from the side, only giving Jiraiya perfunctory "Mm-hm, mm-hm" responses. Sasuke walked beside Naruto, while Kakashi trailed alone at the very back.
In the middle were Tsunade and her three disciples.
Throughout the journey, Sakura kept sneaking glances at Tsunade's F-cup
