Background

Qian Renxue is the daughter of the former Spirit Hall Pope, Qian Xunji, and the granddaughter of Grand Elder Qian Daoliu. After Qian Xunji succumbed to battle wounds, she resolved to personally avenge him when Qian Daoliu could not locate Tang Hao 7 28.

Her relationship with Bai Wanwan began as a close childhood bond. Qian Renxue considers Bai Wanwan her “salvation” during her childhood and became sincerely happy when Bai obtained a Million-Year Spirit Ring 5. Qian Daoliu later explicitly accepted Qian Renxue's feelings for Bai Wanwan, leaving only Guangling's approval unresolved at the time 22.

Bibi Dong succeeded Qian Xunji as Pope because Qian Renxue was considered too young for the office. Qian Daoliu regarded Qian Renxue as the natural successor under normal circumstances, but chose Bibi Dong due to the crisis following Qian Xunji's death 28. Her affection for Bai Wanwan is intense and openly possessive. She becomes protective when Bai is threatened or absent, waited at Spirit City's gates for a month during Bai's disappearance, and was prepared to begin the Angel God Trial solely to gain the power to destroy Bai's attacker 166. She also refuses to tolerate perceived rivals for Bai's attention 200.
